5 Lessons I've Learned in Quarantine

After being in quarantine for 4 1/2 months, I've had some time to reflect and be introspective. Though there are definitely more, here are 5 (plus a BONUS) essential lessons that I have learned. What lessons has quarantine taught you? Leave your lessons in the comments.

1. The value of community and being intentional about maintaining relationships.
2. Sit still and listen to your body.
3. Monitor what & how much you consume.
4. Innovation and forward thinking is key.
5. Financial literacy is so necessary. // Capitalism is a scam.
