Vicbaggers can customize those wheels for a reasonable price. Going topless on the air box and a tuner will help a ton and not be expensive. A few HD engineers went to Germany to help with the V-Rod.

Make a little sheet aluminum bib that leaves the air filter exposed and then focus the money on stretching that front end a bit, it is a chopper after all. I reckon do the whole build in sheet aluminum and polish it up like the P51 Mustang aircraft. Good luck man!
