Che meraviglia ❤ spettacolo
ОтветитьSo what’s the name of that place on your thumbnail to avoid then?
ОтветитьIn Rome, one of the must see place is Roman forum.
ОтветитьI lived in Italy for two years and traveled all over the country. Some of my favorite places are Verona, Sirmione, Matera, Ischia and Lago di Como.
ОтветитьI didn't hear the part about the place to avoid
ОтветитьRecently ventured on the cruise ship and I must say a few words about one city. Avoid Naples Italy at all cost because they don’t clean their streets nor sidewalk, filthiest place ever, it’s very common to see human poop on the sidewalk (as of August 2023)
ОтветитьNice video…but Do not forget to visit the south of Italy
ОтветитьJust got back from Italy. We stayed in Menaggio on Lake Como. Absolutely beautiful. We used the ferries to visit other areas. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short as the roof in our Airbnb started to leak during a storm. We ended up spending an extra day in Milan. Milan is really nice and easy to get around.
ОтветитьItaly is one of my favorite places. My favorite place in Italy is Firenze (Florence). I think the architecture, the museums, the art both in & out of the museums, the Ponte Vecchio. I'm not sure that spending a year in Florence would be enough. If I could not see anything else in Italy I would choose Florence. You cannot really understand the Renaissance without spending time in Florence. The Vatican would not be the Vatican without all of the contributions, financial, architectural & artistic from Florence. Without Florence Italy's historical contributions to the world might have ended with the Roman Empire.
ОтветитьVinci, Vicenza, Lucca, Celle de Puccini, Volterra, Bagni di Lucca, Ferrara, San Miniato.
ОтветитьAmalfi Coast is also recommended
ОтветитьThank you for the video. The drone shots are magnificent. I went to Rome once, and that was it for me. But Lake Como, Venice, Tuscany & the Val d'Orcia, and then the Amalfi coast have been on my rotation every other year. I am done with touring, and now only go for the fabulous hotels, food, and views. Would love some 5 star luxury hotel reviews in those places as well, because your narration and video style are so pleasant.
ОтветитьYou have a good voice to listen to. Keep it up!
ОтветитьI was blessed with the opportunity to live and work in Italia in my 30's and 40's , a phase when most of us have the youth and appetite to push hard. Experiencing all that I could left me a lifetime fan but, sadly you eventually realize that Italy is far more than any single lifetime...what a glory.
ОтветитьNicely done! Thank you for showcasing Italy. It my favorite country to visit!
Ответитьseveral times in Italy... esp Firenze, Monterosso Al Mare in Cinque Terre...
ОтветитьFabulous video and commentary. I've been visiting Italy for over ten times and five weeks at a time. My favourite places are Genoa, Padua, Lecce and Pisa lined with palaces on the Arno River. Then Orvieto and Treviso.🌺
ОтветитьBeautiful, but it would have been nice to identify each of the towns on the lakes and Cinque Terre
ОтветитьWhat a phenomenal job! Well done, very informative, and I love your easy-listening voice and laid-back presentation. Thank you so much! Your video makes you feel like you're right there....thank you so much for all the hard work! Looking forward to your other videos...
ОтветитьLido the island off of Venice is a perfect stay
ОтветитьThis brought back memories. Sicily is a must, but in Spring when it's green. The north: Bolzano, with its incredible preserved Neolithic mummy. The northwest: Torino, with its arcades, palaces, and the Turin shroud; Aosta, with its Roman ruins. So many more. Avoid visiting in high season, Spring and Winter are best. Happy travelling.
ОтветитьGreat video! The narration was well-done as well. Some travel videos I've seen, I couldn't even bear after a few minutes because of awful narration.
ОтветитьI’ve been to Italy a few times. My recommendation is to also visit Verona and Brescia. It’s about an hour or so train ride from Milano.
Verona is a spectacular place to see from above. Take the Funicolare up to the Castel San Pietro. A view you’ll never forget.
San Marino. Pompeii/ Sorrento/Capri/ Amalfi coast.
ОтветитьThis is so stupid. Sea levels are not rising. Venice is sinking. There is a difference between those 2. Venice will eventually sink into the sea.....
ОтветитьMy husband and I spent 2 weeks in Tuscany and rented an apartment in Lucca as our base. We toured Florence, Pisa, Siena, Volterra and many places in between. We fell so in love that we are planning for our retirement in Italy.
ОтветитьThis is one of my favorite videos of Italy recommendations
Ответитьrent a car and go where you want not where the train goes
ОтветитьCinque Terre vastly overrated. Trains packed very expensive restaurants. So many other places in Liguria more interesting and no so many pickpockets and bag snatchers
ОтветитьYou have to be careful with the glass from Venice. It isn’t the glass places fault or anything wrong with it. They use DHL to send the stuff home and DHL see how much the stuff is worth and they hit you with an import tax.
ОтветитьIl paese più bello del mondo,la mia Italia!!!
ОтветитьFYI San Francesco was born in Portugal.
Of course, it's subjective. But the lakes of Alto Adige are breathtaking.
Fritto misto is best eaten in Napoli.
Best thing about Cinque Terre is getting to know the locals.
Have you been to Calabria? Great for understanding the real Italy.
Wish there were other avenues for booking accommodation, besides Air BNB and VRBO. The fees on those booking engines have gone thru the roof, not the value they used to be.
ОтветитьI hope you will be release beauty of Garmany next video.please ❤❤❤
ОтветитьHey love your travel vlogs.
Have been watching them to help plan my Italy trip.
Wanted a suggestion.
I am planning a 10 day Italy trip. As I am travelling to Venice for a day and amalfi coast for 3 nights. After Rome do you suggest I should do the Florence/ Tuscany region for 2-3 days or Milan / Como.
Would appreciate your response.
Thanks
Love the drone footage. I will be spending 3 months in Italy later in year and owning a Mavic 3, and already my thinking is, will be difficult to fly with regulations, weight and noise.
What drone did you use for the footage, if I may ask? 🙏
Do you have a recommendation for when a good time of day would be to visit the Trevi Fountain in order to avoid the crowds? Or is it just better to go during shoulder or off season?
