SPRING ROLLS RECIPE ️ | #shorts

Recipe:
1. Mix together corn flour and maida along with some water to form a smooth batter as shown in the video. Add some salt.

2. Take a pan, heat it properly, add oil, pour the batter and form a thin sheet.

3. Filling: Take a pan, add oil, chopped onions and saute till translucent. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute.

4. Then add sliced onions, capsicum, carrot along with salt and pepper. Cook them.

5. Add sauces of your choice. I have added green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and schezwan sauce. Mix well.

6. Add corn flour slurry so that everything comes together. Your filling is ready.

7. Now take the sheets prepared earlier. Add the filling in the centre. Now properly close them in the spring roll shape using some maida slurry (maida + water).

8. Fry them twice in oil. First, in medium hot oil. Then, flash fry in hot oil. Serve and enjoy!

The filling should not be cooked so much. It was way too soggy, if someone wants to try, then make sure to only cook the vegetables about 50-60% maximum. Strain the water out from the veggies and then let it cool, you should not use hot cooked fillings in the roll.
