customer service on simple mobile was trying to sell me a 5G device I said no thank you I want what I want a 4G LTE phone he said well 5G is faster and it will only rule very soon I said to him good until then I'll be using what I want some customer service are horrible they want to sell you what they want not what you want to buy.

This is crazy. I have T-Mobile but it was much slower on 5G. LTE was at 150 mpbs and 5G was 32.2 mbps. I am MINDBLOWN.

I used to work for vz and it’s a tarsh company they inflate their numbers by just opening bogus lines, tablets, hums, watches and they literally with tell their customers it’s free. Then people get their bill with huge prorated amounts, activations fees and a 36month term 😂 after the reruns policy and they’re stuck.

LTE runs much faster on my phone than 5G. Speed test is around 150 Mbps.

I knew about 5G heating since 5G became the norm. It uses more battery life and is not efficient, because heat is wasted energy. I live in an area where 50 mbps is good enough on LTE. I forget that I have 5G disabled.

Another thing Verizon doesnt tell you is if you terminate your contract with them 2 week before the bill is due they will force you to keep your service turned on until the end of the month and still charge you the full amount for the next month.

5G doesn’t drain battery life faster using non stop data in general makes your battery die faster. Just like my pc is using more power when downloading at 1000mbps compared to 100mbps because the cpu, ram, and storage device are working harder moving more information at once. This video really doesn’t make sense, maybe it does to people who don’t understand how computers work.

Verizon is one of the most corrupt dishonest corporations out there. I asked for my senior discount the gave me a whole whopping $10 woohoo! Then they took it away by starting to charge me $17 for their security. So I'm still paying $100 a month for a phone that doesn't work half the time. My my goddaughter is going to get me set up with mint mobile so one more client gone!!

My s23 ultra fears nothing for its battery is beastly.

I have gone from phone to phone (iPhone SE, iPhone SE 2nd generation, iPhone 12, iPhone 13) and carrier to carrier (AT&T, MetroPCS, Xfinity mobile, T-Mobile, and now Verizon) and nothing seems to make a difference. I get no service anywhere near the water!

I'm pretty sure it won't be that noticable as long as your not on your phone every minute a day
