Ingredients of nutritious spinach chilla (dhirde):
Semolina 1 bowl
Wheat flour 1 bowl
Gram flour 1 bowl
Grated carrot half bowl
Chopped spinach half bowl
Curd 2 tablespoons
As required:
Salt, green chillies, oil, water, coriander leaves
Method of nutritious spinach chilla (dhirde):
- Put gram flour, wheat flour, semolina in a vessel and mix it well.
- Add water as required and mix well
- Make a thin lumps free batter
- Mix curd in the batter
- Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes
- Add carrots, spinach, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and mix well.
- Add water as required
- Now the batter is ready
- Turn on the gas and keep the dosa pan
- Add some oil to the pan and pour the batter
- Pour oil on the side
- Turn it over and add oil once
- Bake well from both the sides
- Hot Chilla is ready to eat
