Honestly, my favorite character is raditz. He was really interesting and charming in the amount of time he had. The small time he got really let him shine and it worked for him

I love this What If story, mainly because it features Raditz and Kakarrot having a very strong brotherly relationship and plus Raditz is in it and a hero. Plus some minor characters now have bigger roles and more involved with the story.

Sometimes I am wondering.

Due to Toriyama beeing the kind of guy who he is (forgetful and not always cositent with his story writing) //no offense// I get the feeling, Radditz statement that he is Kakarots brother, orignally has been intened to be metaphorical. Due to circumstances, their same origin as a part of the last few remaining Saiyans, Radditzs statement actually was about Kakarot to be
a potential "brother in arms" to take down Freezer, instead of referring to a blood relation between them. If this had been the case, I would be contend with how the story went down.

Even Radditz NEVER mentioned beeing Gokus ELDER brother which would be a bulletproof of a blood relation, unfortunately they seem to be brothers by blood, because he said Goku looks like "their father". Although you could argue, because Bardock was added in a non canon movie afterwards.
In this case, the way it went down, is huge waste of potential. GOKU has a BROTHER.
If Radditz had not been wasted, he could have a HUGE impact to the story in many ways.

Like Goku has a evil brother out there who has no redemption arc (yet). Attacking multiple times out of random, while also helping to defeat the villians aswell.

Or he joins the Z-Fighters and brings Goku closer to Bardock and Gine.

He could do terrible things, with the unknown purpose, too actually PROTECT his little brother.

Deep, emotional plot may be possible.

I want to add:

With a bit more theatrical editing DB would feel even more epic. Some people could understand the character motives easier.


I really would like to (had) see(n) Radditz (preferably in/since ~the middle of Z) again.
