I love the way Hyundai has a habit loaning out mid level trims for reviews instead of top models - that's confidence

Anything hyundai or kia/genesis reminds me of the disposable cameras of the 90s

I have a 2023 Tucson Limited. It's FWD, but I live in Florida so that's not an issue. Plus the power is fine since it's flat here. I took it on a 4 hour trip Thanksgiving with the cruise set at 70 mph. It got 36 mpg, which I think is great - beat the EPA estimate. All in all I really like it comfortable, well put together (no interior squeaks or rattles), economical. I like the changes to the interior of the 2025, but the previous is still modern and current enough for me. If for some reason my 2023 disappeared I'd happily get a 2025 though.

Love Micah's channel, but for the price Hyundai is charging, might as well go with the Japanese brands

The best thing about the Tucson/Santa Fe is the unique front lighting. I meant Santa Cruz as it's front end is almost identical to the Tucson

I had a 24 rented few weekends back, 2.5L and it felt like a turbo engine, good power! AWD was good too in the snow up here in Alberta, Canada, but the tires it had from factory were not great in snow.

I just put 726 miles on a 2024 model Tucson over the last 2 days. And let me tell you: the controls were incredibly frustrating to use. I never figured out the HVAC controls. It took me way too long to figure out how to turn off the lane centering thingamabob. And I wasn’t crazy about the transmission programming at times. But it drove pretty well otherwise. But the interior controls were a game killer for me.

I have a 2020 Tucson SEL. I had such a jerk of a salesman. If I had known I couldn't open the trunk in any way from inside the vehicle, I'd have upgraded. Otherwise its been good to me driving across TX and not yet at 45k. But I'm here exactly for the info you provided (and the trunk opening info 😂) so I know if I were to trade-in, how much more comfort/features I'd get. McLovin' your review and fam!
