As brutal and war-crime worthy as Ender himself later considered his actions, this battle is one of the most visually and audibly captivating space war scenes I've ever seen.
A perfect blend of drama, danger, high stakes, and ruthlessness that was really powerful to behold in Imax, for sure
The visual of the fighters clearing a path for Petra -the small needle drilling through the swarm - gives me the chills.
imagine you're 12 and you just glassed a whole planet. yikes.
Ответитьit would have been even better if we found out that none of these were simulations and all of them were real battles with real lives being lost.
ОтветитьI really hope that at some point we'll have that kind of freedom/control RTS games.
ОтветитьExterminatus
ОтветитьStarTrek The Next Esports Generation
Ответитьthe film that set great standards for science fiction movies !!
Ответить“It doesn’t matter if we win. It matters how we win.”
So sorry a Kid had to teach a grown ass adult this.
This ship alone could bring every alien species at knees to the human, imagine having this weapon can destroy a entire planet, your military would be controling the entire galaxie
ОтветитьBlitzkrieg it works. We used it even in our World vs World game battles main zerg group strong point is on the front will tear thru but once enemies find an opening at the far back it will tear from inside and blitz group will scatter.
ОтветитьThis is essentially how a phalanx vs. phalanx battle works in ancient Greek warfare. It was a brutal affair and once one of the two groups were broken, the cavalry would push the rout and ride into and destroy the enemy camp. This version however, is like a fractal, massively scaled up.
this is not a Total War moment anymore
this is a Stellaris moment
This movie makes me very sad. Knowing in the end u comitted genocide just like Israel is doing right now.
ОтветитьThis is very real, What would we do if an alien Species attacked Earth? Will we try to re-populate their species? Naah!
ОтветитьGotta love a good old exterminatus
ОтветитьPeople are talking about that the bugs are hive-mind and wouldn’t understand individual minds I call BS on that because I don’t believe their home planet didn’t have a no none-hive mind species
ОтветитьHmm
Ответитьkid glasses the planet. i remember seeing this the first time and being like wow
ОтветитьA proof that Rush B is the best strategy developed in gaming history
ОтветитьThis movie gives me the point of views to commanders and generals. It's kinda explained me why warcrimes is hard to evade and why they become horrible people.
I respect every commanders and generals fighting against the odds as their cloth dipped with blood and dirt as the scream of women and children struggling to survive the war protecting their homeland (it's kinda relatable to 🇮🇱 vs 🇵🇸)
They thought it was simulations until....
ОтветитьMy computer is a crystal ball.

ОтветитьI’m arc offender
ОтветитьThey should have had a Korean kid from sc2 highest tier in ladder
ОтветитьA lot of sci-fi and fantasy properties, like Harry Potter and Avatar the Last Airbender, really like romanticizing the idea of using child soldiers for some reason.
Ender's Game is the only one I know of that acknowledges how messed up it is.
In Starship Troopers, what makes the bugs evil is the fact that they fight like bugs, expending soldiers the way humans expend ammunition. It's humanity's compassion and individuality that enables them to win, which makes the cictory a moral victory as well.
Ender's Game is much more cynical. The humans are only able to win by sacrificing their humanity and fighting bugs. It's depressing.
I wish face tat kingsley was real
ОтветитьI only thought that the last battle were real... i only just learned all simulations were too
ОтветитьThat is called Blitzkrieg. One focus rush, mechanized, decisive move.
ОтветитьHit em like a portable Death Star
ОтветитьIn the book he never looses a battle
ОтветитьHave you seen the movie Toys?
ОтветитьIs the final test the only real one, or the other test are also real?
ОтветитьIronic that this wcene is now closer to reality with drones
ОтветитьBut... but... but... they were only defending their planet.
ОтветитьHi. I would like them to do the formic wars both the first one second and all of the ones after make them in to a tv series that show the other books in the series not just focusing on ender game they could show how the war got started in the first place and also put the shadow series in it.
Ответитьwhen Sheldon enters star fleet
ОтветитьAverage Stellaris war
ОтветитьEnder was to the Bugs what Thrawn was to the New Republic
ОтветитьThis was a way underrated flick.
ОтветитьWith that technology they could juat send drone Ai 😂 why do you have humans on board???
ОтветитьThis a movie that’s way better than the trailers made it seem. It’s also a rare movie that after watching makes you want to go and read the book it’s based on
ОтветитьWhere the Asian brothers at? You ever see them play star craft?
Hey, can somebody tell me something. Somebody told me this movie was like an allegory for the destruction of millions and religion for the sake of a more stable and peaceful long-term future, and that it features or references the nuclear annihilation of mecca and the vatican. Is that true?
Ответить" Victory is achieved by those who are willing to sacrifice everything..."
ОтветитьThe buggers were lucky humans still cared in the end.
But in the millions of years the colonized thousands of planets committing genocide without knowing they did they just went and ended up facing their match in the end.
Good they survive but tbh I wouldn't care if they didn't they have killed and commited genocide and drove species from extinction far more than we humans ever could.
If they didnt face humans I bet they would have killed the Pequeninos too.
