They should make one for a cr500 2 stroke
ОтветитьLame.. Alternator and a front hub electric motor would walk this setup. lighter front end and totally programmable calibration for front to rear tire rotation . You could make the front wheel pull more or the rear push more.
ОтветитьJust a note about the suspension. The brand name is no longer "White Power". Since 1991 it has been "WP", which stands for Wim Peters, the founder of the company. Nobody is entirely sure why the "WP" name replaced "White Power", which was obviously a reference to to the color of the coil springs still seen on WP products today.
ОтветитьStupidest idea ever
ОтветитьAmerican thing all time is first but thw world is want china and japan things..they dont know american is first

They need to be street legal...
ОтветитьBumped into Freddie Spencer a few years ago and discussed this idea for MotoGP bikes as with heated rims this would stop the front tyre from losing heat and therefore the grip which causes the front end washing out, momentum from restricted power to the front wheel would stop the front free wheeling therefore making the bike faster because of increased drive but would be slightly heavier.
ОтветитьI remember riding a christini mountain bike as a demo once. It was equally cool. I even remember the building in Philadelphia where they built them.
ОтветитьThat rotor bike is for million airs only it probably cost 80 thousand dollors yea every body would wont 1 but who can afford it no body might as well have your CR And YZ gold plated so u can ride that in front of everyone 2 !!
Ответитьman then electric bikes come out and this guys life's work is for nothing... wow id be soo pissed.
ОтветитьNah. More moving parts, more power train loss, more maintenance, more complexity.
ОтветитьAwesome. That KTM would be awesome with front wheel drive.
ОтветитьSounds like it's using a Hillard hub clutch like an old Polaris Scrambler 4x4? Can anyone confirm?
I really liked my old Scrammy 400 but the hub clutches were a nightmare to maintain. Also the 4x4 was useless until the rear wheels slipped, and you instantly went from zero to 100% momentum...
It was incredible in the mud and snow, but it almost killed me a few times on big rocks and hills- With the front end pushing into a rock/ root/ log/ bank/ undercut/ the front would do nothing (versus the traditional 4x4 helping you climb up) and would just push harder against the obstacle, putting high load (potential energy) on the whole machine as the motor reved higher and higher, then the rear tires would slightly break loose pushing all that power to the front momentarily (maybe one revolution of the front tires) which would flick the bike up (and far past) the obstacle violently causing weight, power, and traction to transfer to the rear (motor still screaming). Long way of saying it caused the fastest and most violent loop outs I've ever experienced on any machine. Scary as hell, even if when I was expecting it.
Now how exactly does a posi-trac rear end on a Plymouth work?
ОтветитьJust put an electric motor on the front hub and a 10 pound battery with a thumb throttle. It might even be lighter, but the bike will have more power for the same weight or less.
ОтветитьThey’ve never took off with any make we want wheelies
Ответитьright hand gear,,good
ОтветитьGreat system and design.
But it should not be directly allowed to compete with single wheel drive motorcycles without some form of handicap.
Haha, ground breaking. Don't think so. There is a 2 wheel drive motorcycle from 50 years ago in the Sammy Miller Museum. Think it was based on a Maico or Honda, can't remember.
ОтветитьI love the idea, but I would try adding some weight to front not just throw it front wheel but move the whole engine forward , rear shock under it will make more easily controlled , but the best thing about your design is that it will get people back. To th woods and away from acrobatics and crowd pleasing
Ответить2 of my 3 electric bikes are All Wheel Drive. Its 2 independent system. 2 Motors, 2 controllers, 2 batteries, displays, 2 accelerators, one for each thumb. I also have 3 motors on one my bike which is 3 everything. 2 thumb-throttle on the right and one on the left. The 2 on the right are the rear hub motor and the mid-drive motor and the one on the left it's the front motor. I used many combination.
The thing with all wheel drive is the front wheel is directional. So at low speed when you are turning for example you want to be careful and use very little throttle on the front motor because the bike will pull the bike this way and you will go the other way. So basically when I turn at low speed, I only use the rear motor and when I get more straight I add the front motor. At least in the beginning when you learn and you are not used to it.
Note that my experience is on the road and snow. Off road folks have more skill will probably get that in seconds. Humbly!
We've had front hub powered by an electric motor on e-bicycles for years now. Why isn't this tech getting popular with offroad motorcycles? It could be great as on-demand 2x2 when the situation calls for it.
Ответитьseems like an electric front hub would be the new improved front wheel drive
Ответитьok it's working but service... Good idea for cross and funn but for traveling isn't good. In trip we must simply solved.
ОтветитьThat's about up there with the automatic litter box.
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьHow it works: you put an axle bolt through any hub motor and run two wires... 😆
ОтветитьHydralic want as gud
ОтветитьThe fact they just snuck in an awd hybrid dirt bike in the end was amazing. That looks like an incredible piece of technology.
ОтветитьI have one but it's called a quad🤣
ОтветитьWhy not an electric motor in the front hub? Much simpler and lighter.
ОтветитьNami ba,tag pila baklon ni tom
ОтветитьWas this ai written?
ОтветитьNow install rear shift gear
ОтветитьI Ned tenki of this honda
ОтветитьCHATGPT video
ОтветитьI wish Christini would make an AWD adventure version to compete with bikes like the BMW GS, Triumph Tiger, and some day the DSR/X once Zero gets their range issue resolved. Seems like Christini has their patents and government contracts and is content with their little niche. Seems like a shame though I think they could be huge in the world wide adventure market if they would get off their laurels. Fat and happy is all good for a short time but it’s also a slow death.
ОтветитьHow much are these bikes
ОтветитьJust fit electric motor easy
ОтветитьTo drive ???? You mean to ride. 😂 You drive a car or a bus or a bulldozer but you ride a bicycle or a motorcycle or a horse or a scooter . And another thing please don’t refer to anything with a engine a she 😂. It’s bloody stupid. 🤣
Ответитьhow do you sound like an ai voice and or are you
ОтветитьMan it would be awesome if they could make a 4 wheel drive motorcycle
ОтветитьDudes a genius!!
ОтветитьBad!
ОтветитьAnd this technology was created in 2002 it simply amazes me how such a great idea Fall by the wayside and not be something offered on every new bike built. Of course if you want it that way
ОтветитьIt was much more easy to install a small elecrtic engine on the front wheel 😉
Ответить"You don't have to change your riding style at all" " you learn to use it over a period of time" what.
ОтветитьGod bless
