Most unprofessional and unmanaged on ground support.They cheated me with the hotel and pickup cab.Took money for 6 days trip and gave 5 days trip because of flight cancellation of one day(even airlines compensate for hotel... other travel agents manage these things....no one is going to listen you if ask your compensation.

I regret booking a tour package with MakeMyTrip despite seeing negative reviews. They advertised an exciting Jammu & Kashmir trip including a Gondola ride, but canceled it just one day before our arrival—even after issuing the voucher, citing different reasons. If they can’t guarantee an experience, it shouldn’t be included in the package. It feels like they attract customers with promises they can’t keep, leaving you with no options at the last minute. This kind of service is incredibly disappointing. MakeMyTrip should prioritize transparency and reliability to prevent misleading travelers and spoiling their plans.
