This was a really good video for beginner tips!
ОтветитьHi, thank you so much for these tips! They were so helpful an i'm so so motivated to start my running journey. But will i be able to make progress if i run once a week? I have a plan made out where on saturdays' i run: a big set of 2min run-1min walk(x5); then a smaler 1min run-1min walk (x3); and finish off 2min run-1min walk (x5)
ОтветитьIm so glad for you that you fell in love with it again, it helps to have a healthy hobby ♡
ОтветитьFantastic point and mindset...it really is a privilege
ОтветитьDo you use any apps?
ОтветитьAnd Amelie oh how I wish I was liberated, beautiful, clear skinned, feminine, knowledgeable, white, focused, healthy etc like yourself because then this whole journey would be so much easier but I celebrated your greatness nonetheless 😊
ОтветитьSorry for my dumbness, but as someone who doesn't understand metrics, how do I decipher how many miles I am walking er running?
ОтветитьThanks very much
Ответитьrunning is a privilege 👏👏👏
Ответитьthis is making me so motivated to run again after falling off
ОтветитьI've been learning how to actually hold my body for running; I've been doing everything wrong because I was never taught before 😭 I'm excited to try out the correct techniques, and YES ON THE CUTE CLOTHES! 💜💕✨
ОтветитьJohn 3:16, God bless ❤
ОтветитьIs it better to run outside than on a treadmill?
ОтветитьI did 12 3 30 for like a year then I had to participate in a relay and they made me sprint short distances and I realized I was going to be okay. I hadn’t ran in years due to my knees. They hate me.
ОтветитьThis is actually so exciting!!! 😭❤️ I might go become a runner now haha (also starting for my dream body, cool to know I’m not alone in that!)
ОтветитьLove love love you saying that running is a privilege. 100%. I have a friend who is paralyzed waist down and whenever I'm unmotivated for the gym or running, I literally think about how grateful I am that I have two working legs that let me run!
ОтветитьI can run for less than a minute straight! This video has inspired me to try again
ОтветитьI love this ❤your story and advice is so relatable. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You've definitely gained a new follower!
Ответитьomg finally a down to earth person who struggled w running. its so hard to find someone who isnt like "oh i can run 5 mi" already when im the one who can do about 3 min nonstop . great video!! 😊🫶🏼
ОтветитьBrooks running shoes changed the game for me ☺️
Ответитьgut
ОтветитьYou don't have to apologise how you look after a run! You look fresh and amazing.
ОтветитьMy shins hurt so bad after 2 days of running
ОтветитьAbsolutely loved this! Thank you :))
ОтветитьI do most of my route walking and a little of it running, I'm building up stamina and starting to run a little longer each time
ОтветитьI’m trying to start now and every time I run I get shin splints lol. I just did half a mile on and off running and speed walking, I stretched before and did a little warm up but I can already tell my shins are going to hurt tomorrow. They’re hurting as of now just walking lol. I don’t get how to get past it when they’re sore for so long every time, then once they stop I’ll realize they still hurt kinda bad when I try to run again so I can’t build stamina.
Ответитьmy mom is affraid when i wanna go run outside because someone she had to care for got raped out there..
ОтветитьI would absolutely love to start running and I got the motivation!!! I'm just so scared to run alone, and I am not allowed to run alone when it gets darker. Problem is that none of my brothers want to join me, not even by bike!!! I am not that social, so getting to know new people is hard..
ОтветитьI started running 2 weeks ago. First i stopped 4 times in 1 km and today i only stopped 2 times and it was beacuse i lost my earphones (they falled out of my ear)
ОтветитьI currently am not able to run because of an injury. I didn't do it's consistently before and now I just want to go for a run so bad..
ОтветитьYou look fantastic girl!! After running and before ! What a pretty girl ❤
ОтветитьI hate running !!!! 😢 but I want to like it. Today I ran 10 mins and I’m dying. So sad
ОтветитьMy go to shoe was always Brooks. I juat switched to Sacony..i love them! My advice is to stay away from areas with too many distractions starting out. Ex. Cars, lots of other runners, possible dog chases etc.
Last year I hit this stride where all of a sudden I felt like I could run for hours without stopping ..i couldnt feel my legs!! Ive never gotten back to that again but im waiting
This video is so helpful and relates to me because I am in cross country and I run 2 miles at my cross country meets. Last year for cross country at the meets, I ran 1 1/5 miles, and now in 2023 1 1/5 miles feels easy for me (this year 2 miles is sometimes challenging). I am so proud of myself for how I have improved! Pushing myself to not walk while running has helped me to get better times in races.
Ответитьafter my first run i felt like i was gonna die i said this is not for me but i pushed myself now i'm addicted to it ,great video keep it up
ОтветитьSunday market on in Balbriggan every week. Not sure what it’s like anymore haven’t been in years but there’s always a line of cars queuing to get in
ОтветитьHello, I started running (again) in 2023. I bought running shoes and a garmin watch with a GPS and music. The watch is the best motivation I've had : there's a garmin coach who tells me what to do to reach my running goals. After a very hard start, I now run 5 times each week and love it. thx for the video. Altra running shoes are very good too.
Ответить👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🫶🏼 Thank you for your helpful tips and suggestions and most of all the advice about how to see running- I am looking to get started and this is my first video that I found & have watched. Again I want to say that I appreciate all your advice on how to get started!
ОтветитьI loved this video!! Thanks so much for sharing your tips, very inspiring !! I have a hard time running and I have been trying to get into it. Will definitely be taking some of your advice. Be well!
ОтветитьI enjoy running but my body is so fatigued and it sucks. I’ve trained my dog to run with me and he’s solid in his training but I struggle with truly feeling my body. Like does anyone else feel that? Where you can’t really feel your body.
ОтветитьSo helpful thank you so much
ОтветитьI really want to start running on a regular basis and learn to enjoy it, my mom has been running for a long time and can run pretty far so I’m looking forward to working my way up from 1 mile 😊
ОтветитьShe keeps saying we will talk about it later . I felt board.
Ответитьimpressive! ive been running for a couple of years but I hate it sonetimes
Ответитьhiii!!! what podcats do you usually listen to while running? ive been trying to do the same but cant find one that really catches my attention!
ОтветитьJust made a video on this too! :)
Ответитьthis video helped me so much. thank you for posting these, they are super helpful and you are a huge inspiration to me, thank you! i started running a couple days ago, and i’ve always hated it. i’m started to love it though and make the best out of it.
