Her whole character is modelled after the Kandake queens, and her golden eyes is as well aince one of them either was blind in one eye or had a prosthetic golden eye directly (i don't remember that well)

okay, now I kinda believe Traveler and Paimon are the only one that can see the tp waypoints, and all the tp waypoints are removed in trailers because we see teyvat from the character's eyes

My headcanon is that only Traveler can use and actually sees Teleport waypoint. Others might see but ignores it like a pebble.

Yeah many trailers remove teleport waypoint. Maybe teleport waypoint just feature for game and not use for normal life in teyvat.
