When I click pair I don't get a pairing code. I've tried every single method you could think of to fix this, and it still refuses to pair. Can someone help me out?

The Meta Quest 3 has a lot of potential but unless you are tech savvy to crack developer settings and modify a bunch apps and manage to find a way to link them together you are stuck with a bunch of Indie games and beta apps that literally offer you nothing but a waste of time and money

Honestly when i tested out airlink with the quest3 there was a lot of lag so it is better to use a link cable as the connection is more stable.

Thanks for the direct link to the Oculus PC App! For some reason, Meta deleted the section from their website, and it was impossible to find it through their menu, without bumping into a "404 not found" page. 👍

I returned my quest 3 because the stuttering was as bad as the best 2 on pcvr. I did everything to improve it and nothing worked, so disappointed.

I'm sure someone mentioned it here but I had this issue with quest 2 sucking in half life alyx I found it was actually using the motherboards onboard GPU. If you disable it on your motherboard then you will get the full performance with no low memory or gpu errors. It will now use your dedicated gpu properly. That's the only reason he's getting that error on here. He should be able to max it out

ok. so i only have wifi5 and usb 3.1 instead of 3.2. does this mean no watter what, i will get kind of a crappy experience with pcvr? because if so, doing extra upgrades to combat that, would make even more better headsets like an aero the better option especially when other headset are comfortable out of the box, without and aftermarket strap for another 100 bucks

I always got low cpu detected on HL Alyx. I have i9 9900k 5.2ghz all cores, 64gb ram and Rtx 3090. But when I checked, it didn’t use all cpu.

Is there a virtual environment home screen that you can go into while connected to your pc other than that grey grid like home environment? My Rift CV1 which was for PC wired use only had a really cool home environment by default.

I wonder if changing from HEVC to AV1 would change GPU usage. I'm thinking it would be minor.

Why can't you have a cable AND virtual desktop? That seems like the obvious solution here. Like, the headset really just needs to act as the screen; I don't need hand tracking or anything fancy, I just want to move my head around and have that tracked to the camera in game. Everything else I can use the mouse and keyboard.

Dude good video, I just had to listen to it at .75x speed. You just speak to fast for a video that is suppose to explain something to someone that doesn't have a base knowledge.

Just got mine, upgrading to 6e wireless and will be definitely doing Virtual Desktop on my 4090 pc.
