Your price range is maybe average for someone who isn't as famous. It's not unheard of certain people in the medical and cosmetic field to overcharge famous celebrities of a high influence.

I never hear YT plastic surgeons talk about weight gains or losses, or health issues, stress, medications (steroids) or substance abuse that change facial features.

The “Now” photo is a bit unfair, I think. It was not long after her recent cosmetic surgery and her face hadn’t calmed down yet. That’s obvious from photos a few months later.

So much money to look like a freak - she was so beautiful and now even there are no wrinkles , she looks awful . I always think of Audrey Hepburn - the most beautiful woman and she aged natural and still looked stunning

It's sad to me that people are so unhappy with their looks. Such a waste of money if you don't medically need it.

This makes me kind of sad.. Madonna was breathtakingly beautiful! Even when her skin eventually started showing fine lines, i know for sure she wouldve looked gorgeous without all these surgeries/injections. It looks like she lost her gorgeous facial features in the midst of it all :(

I often look at current influencers of my age (im 27 now) that use fillers/surgical intervention and i sometimes really like the results.
Then I'm looking in my own mirror, and im pointing out all the fine lines im starting to develop and feel a great urge to spend my savings onto fillers..

And then, i see stars like Madonna. I really feel for her, i think the pressure of always needing to look perfect turned her into this. The need to satisfying the public, and later on the constant maintaining of those fillers/lifts. It really puts me off wanting to get filler. It looks like all these things aged her skin instead.. you can plumb it up all you want, but the skin and facial structure will never be the same again :/

Youth isnt forever, and thats a hard thing many people struggle with, including myself. Especially with the societal pressure, standards and the backlash some receive for simply ageing gracefully. You just cant win that fight.

What i decided to do since i was 22 was; staying out of the sun, using sunscreen, being kind for my skin with proper nutrition and some nice creams to soothe my eczema patches, and im slowly starting to accept that skin texture, spots & ageing are impossible to fight. As long as my body and skin are as healthy, i am so damned privileged! i don't think surgeries will give me those things, tho i need to remind myself about this daily.

I think Madonna had great work. She looked great most of her life. The 60s have a lot of changes.

Like many people , im Madonna's age. I like some of my age. My hair has a perfect mix of gray. Im 6" tall 150 pounds.Pretty good skin. I might do face work in my 90s.

Very interesting, as i have had all those surgeries and also bones surgeries... i am also from the same generation, the difference is I go to Tunisia for most of my surgeries... it is half of the price...

The one thing not mentioned was if she had her jaw bone shaved down. It looks so much narrower than before.

Madonna in her prime 20s and 30s was stunningly beautiful, but she has ruined herself, she should of allowed herself to age naturally, she would have few wrinkles but would of been an attractive woman of older years,you can't halt time and act like your 24 ..pretty sad.

She looks awful I’m 66 and my face looks so much more natural as you said my neck is drooping a bit I’ve had squamous cell cancer on my lip which has returned as for changing my face fair skinned I avoid sun or use major sun… I’m truly happy with myself good makeup if I go out is basic foundation lipstick liner eyebrow darkening mascara liner light eye shadow and blush my lip will be repaired by a plastic surgeon yet I joke I’ve earned every wrinkle which are few … neck my major yuk but otherwise I e still been proofed at bard with my husband at bars snd restaurants I can only guess being a fair redhead and not a sun worshipper who’s careful in facial cleansing and moisturizing as well as exfoliants
