Archived emails exit your inbox and go to the “All Mail” section of Gmail. These emails also appear in their corresponding label section if you have added them to any. Any archived email will return to the inbox if the email thread receives a new response.
ОтветитьThis is great! Informative, nicely paced - great video. Thanks
ОтветитьI am just getting started and I believe I am missing a step. I cannot save the customization changes under multiple inbox . Suggestions?
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьHi Kevin, thank you for sharing your idea's. I wonder why you don't use the google task list to keep your actions together. The risk of working from the inbox is that you let your inbox be your manager that decides what you spend your time on. I believe that the planning in your calendar and task list should be leading. How do you feel about that? have a nice day, Judith
ОтветитьExcellent!!
Ответитьthank you kevin! so clear and helpfull! how do i find all the inboxes on the app (on my phone)?
ОтветитьAwesome!!
Ответитьvery helpful thanks Kevin - I still get too many emails and need to auto filter better - I was creating labels for each sender who sends daily auto emails but I see there are too many and I need to pair those down.
ОтветитьThank you this info will come in Handy
ОтветитьHow do I make it so star is on top in each category like I used to do in my general inbox before I switched to this system?
ОтветитьThank you for your video I found it to be very helpful. Do you have a video how do delete a lot of email or how to handle spam. I can't keep up with the amount of spam I get. Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you! Follow up question: I’ve now lost the “social” and “promotion” filters which i had so appreciated. How do I get those back?
ОтветитьI have too many emails from sites such as instagram and Netflix that I don't care at all, but I also don't want to miss important emails from them such as ( otp & a new device logged in) emails.
ОтветитьGood video
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьWould be cool if gmail could automatically archive E-Mails that i labled with one of those 3 labels.
ОтветитьHuge help!
ОтветитьI was watching your video about organizing mail and Gmail and setting up different folders. Once you have a folder set up and certain people or businesses or whatever in a folder when you get new mail will that automatically go over into that folder if it's from the same company or person?
ОтветитьI was hoping to learn have to have Gmail automatically move emails to desired folders using rules or something similar. I can see the value of this video, but having to manually move everything around defeats the purpose of what I was looking for. The title does say "organize", not "automate" so my bad. ;-)
ОтветитьI'm a bit confused.. where's Kevin? Great educational stuff as always.
ОтветитьWhat you show for Multiple Inboxes look like so much extra trouble for what could be done just by putting each message where you want. Nothing appears to be an automated form of decisions
ОтветитьNice presentation. Can you do one showing where my Recently Read emails are disappearing to? That would be great as no one can tell me where they are. Thanks
ОтветитьHi Thanks for a great overview I just have a question for you when emails go into your draft folder .I forward them back to my inbox should i delete them from my draft folder after i have sent them back to my inbox i hope this makes sense to you .
Thanks
Great, thank you for this!!
Ответитьcan we add color to certain email senders like outlook
ОтветитьSubscribed. You had me at "Nope, this is Comic Sans... It's too much too early in the morning."
ОтветитьWOW THANK YOU!
ОтветитьBut you are not Kevin!!! Introduce yourself and why you are acting as him
ОтветитьThank you for the video! Simple and clear :)
Ответитьdispale ger . yellow remember freledies
ОтветитьWhat a complicated way of sorting emails... I prefer outlook's folder system. Grwat video though!
ОтветитьHow about the folder I consider more import: next actions, to designate the things we have to do?
ОтветитьThanks so much for this. As someone who was used to file organization in real life struggling to adapt to digital (after too many years) I could really see this being a solution to weed through the thousands of unread emails...
ОтветитьKevin you made it very clear instructions and detailed and very easy to follow.Keep it up. Make another video about can responses please for businesses
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьSOS Hi Kevin, I've been trying to find information on how to slow down the 'draft saving' process on gmail. A few days ago, Gmail started saving my drafts every few seconds. An email that would normally take a few minutes to write is now taking triple the amount of time.
ОтветитьSo happy I found you. I’m in the hundreds of thousands, and trying to delete its a nightmare
ОтветитьThanks KEVIN!!!! VERY HELPFUL!!!! I liked the video :)
Ответитьtake m,e to gmaol
ОтветитьThat helps me alot to declutter my Gmail box. Thanks Michael and Kevin!
ОтветитьGreat Video. I had to remove the brackets from the label names for them to show up in my multiple inboxes
ОтветитьThank you. It looks a little daunting, but I am going to try it. Well Done.
ОтветитьThe problem is I have to open email everytime.
ОтветитьHi Kevin, thanks for a very well explained video. One question - I still have to go through every single email in my inbox and "label" it - right? Or does Google remember the label and allocate it when that sender sends another email?
ОтветитьFantastic video
Ответитьwhere is the archive? how do you access it???
ОтветитьThis was amazing!
