Dentist use it also, but they use a higher solution, than 3%.
You should stick to 3% as it is safer to use.

Don’t use the blade on facial areas other than your beard man wth, there is a reason that’s not how they do it at beauty salons for men or women. You want the little hair around your eyebrows to turn into rough hair like beard? And more of it will appear that way. Plus if you fuck up you will be left without an eyebrow. Can be done with tweezers, a piece of thread(this one is kinda hard to learn), or wax. I know the razor is easier but also the worst option in the long run. Also the baking soda + circular motion is gonna mess up your teeth and gum like some others already mention in the comments
