Fresh fruits between bfast and lunch- bananas, apples, oranges , grapes, grapefruit
Or glass of milk
Lunch- vegetable, jowar ragi roti, buttermilk
Juice, lemon juice, Vegetable juice
Dinner- salad, tomatoes, carrots, beetroot, sprouted moong, chana
Cow milk+ turmeric+ black pepper+ aliv
Spinach, dard green leafy vegetables
Berries cheries
Flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
8-10 glasses of water
Exercise- yoga, walk for 5-6km atleast
Develop a feeling of let go, vairagya, and live life systematically,
When angry, try breathing

ОтветитьI was recently diagnosed with pcos few days ago.I actually don’t take my health seriously,I have been having irregular periods since I started mensuration and two years ago I noticed for two months I did get my periods so I went to the hospital were they actually were checking for fibroid instead and was given medications were I got my periods back until few days I had to go for check up cos it’s been three months now and no periods.Honestly I felt like crying watching this video,I never knew what pcos was until now and I want to ask doing all these exercises plus a Change in diet or generally a change in lifestyle bring back your periods cos am actually going to the hospital for my prescriptions so I want to know if I shouldn’t bother with drugs again?

ОтветитьApply turmeric. Wear turmeric smeared thread around your neck. Use utensils made out of brass, copper, claypots. Dont eat more processed foods. Eat out of banana leaf. Simple ways.
