ОтветитьNo better instructor on how to do these. Saw Brandon Wynn on gymnastics and they mentioned his training videos. I guess this is one of them.
ОтветитьThink it was the barbarians or something. A couple of them were saying that they are stronger than gymnasts, which is laughable lol. Of not to take anything away from the awesomeness of their workouts.

Ответитьwell they may well be "stronger" than gymnasts, but they are nowhere near the level of technical excellence and balance of gymnasts, gymnasts can't get too heavy and strong cause they have to be agile n shit
Ответитьin terms of 'real strength' the bar athletes are nowhere near as strong...all these bar athletes do is broken down bad gymnastics. strength to weight ratio...gymnasts are thee strongest in the world.period.

Some of the gymnasts should get into MMA, they would dominate with they're agility, explosive power, strength and athleticism.
I neglected abs training far too long, focused too much on upper body and legs workouts. Just tried these for the first time today in the gym, and I can actually do a few reps (not 12... yet!). I will start doing these more often, and hope that this will help me hold the full front lever soon :-)
