I have a question for you guys. Out of these stages from Sonic 3 & Knuckles, which ones you like to see in a sequel to Sonic Mania? (You can choose all, some, or just one!)

-Carnival Night Zone (w/ prototype remixes by Tee Lopes)
-Marble Garden Zone
-Angel Island Zone (in a fully-fledged two act form)
-Mushroom Hill Zone
-Sky Sanctuary (one act like in S3&K leading to the final zone after the big turning point in the story)

I prefer Sonic 3 AIR. But it is missing adaptive fullscreen or whatever it's called. I could stretch the screen, but what's the point?

I've heard this game is pretty bad, with Sega forcing people to watch all the animated scenes before being able to play. My worry is that Sega are taking down the normal ports of Sonic.

The Sonic and Knuckles mini-boss theme in the Angel Island cutscene where the Fire Breath machine burns everything to ground felt very jarring and disorienting. It did not feel right. It's a shame Sega wasn't able to resurrect Michael's music for this.

I can NOT tolerate the alternate music.

WOW... So, that animated cutscene at the beginning isn't having Eggman tricking Knuckles that he's the Guardian of the emeralds and Sonic is the threat theory 😑... So, much for guys who are big "fanboys" of Sonic.

Not sure I will revisit this game without the original soundtrack, MJ really did something magical with the soundtrack as he intended to help children have better childhoods. He really did help me as a kid growing up in the hood around drug dealers and gangs, this game was one of my favorites that kept me away from all of that.

What the heck happened to ice cap zone original music. This is horrible! I cant believe they took it out.
