One thing to know about ammo selection, if you take the same hollow point from a .40 and put 10mm power behind it, you will lose penetration. This because the extra power expands the bullet earlier. Make sure you select a heavier grain if you want to get that right amount of penetration. Or use Xtreme defender copper rounds. Wish you guys would have tested those.

Assuming good loads, and 9mm has no recoil in a gun of any substantial size. I think the capacity and usability outweighs the raw power still.
