ОтветитьI have PTTD it is very painful. I try to do a lot if these but have absolutely no strength in my right foot. I can't even to a heel raise in my right foot. Will try some of these. I am in PT 2x a week

Since getting a mild case of COVID; it affected my balance so that standing on one foot with eyes closed, I loose my balance in less than 2 seconds at my age of 79. I like swimming to get my heart going several repetitions at an intense rate for almost one minute each.
