Guys I normally use all the exercises mentioned in the video to get a basic level of conversation before I try to speak to native speakers, such as speaking with a language exchange partner. Even though I start practicing with a language exchange partner, I still do these kinds of exercises in parallel. This video is meant to share my experience and give you inspiration. If you have any better methods or know of any useful apps, please share them with us in the comments. Much love!🥰🥰🥰

Bonsoir Zoe

Hey, great video Zoe! Does anybody have any recommendations for French movies with English subtitles? Something that isn't Netflix / Disney plus since I don't have those? Thanks in advance

Wow!! Thanks so much after watching this video I just realised that I'm not studying hard like I'm so relentless I'll give it a try though studying Chinese isn't easy as a Nigerian especially when you don't have a speaking partner it's just you

Zoe, this is a great video - so helpful. I saw your conversation with Steve Kaufmann about hardest languages - I agree with both of you about Arabic. I have been trying to learn it for a few years, and am very happy to see how well you speak it.

This channel is awsome!!!
Thanks, actually these are really useful advices, thank you so much!!!
Hi Zoe, thank you so much for sharing these tips; they're really helpful. I totally agree with the importance of correct pronunciations, especially paying attention to those syllables that don't exist in our mother tongue. However, I have a question. I'm also Chinese, and I grew up in a rural area. I've realized that I've learned many wrong pronunciations from local schools, and they have become fossilized. This means that when I speak, there's confusion in my mind about whether I'm pronouncing things correctly, particularly with vowels. Do you have any advice for correcting this problem? Thanks a lot.
I like your video posted very much and I think it’s very useful for me
