Weird… I know about naturally scanning from left to right, as a scout in the army I was taught to always try to scan from right to left because you’ll notice things you didn’t notice the other way.

Hi Scott. Yesterday I stepped into my first airplane as a discovery flight experience. It was a cesna Skyhawks and the exact model eludes me atm. But everything you said had me laughing because it was all true. I found myself focusing on the instruments too much and learned to look out the window more. My the grip was white knuckles and had to shake the blood back into them. But man the experience was absolutely incredible and now I find myself day dreaming of flying even more. Thx for the videos. I look forward to watching more of them.

I am just starting out. Got my 4 hours flight training in while studying for ground test. I am just not getting the take-off and rudder control. My instructor is a good friend, but it's like studying calculus in college, you need other books to see which instructions click. Yours is very nicely done. If you were close to Dallas, I'd take a few or more lessons from you. Thanks.

As a truck driver things are different but the level of attention you have to have doesn't seem that much different. Even sailing you have to pay more attention to your surroundings then normal. Someday I'd love to try flying.

Amazing Captain! Just had my second lesson after a first lesson experience 1 year ago. Today was a death grip experience and a total rush. Your vid totally inspired me to complete the mission. Thanks for a great and professional presentation. I learned quite a bit and actually have more confidence going into my next lesson.
