am I the only one who really likes Stone as a character? Many crime shows try to do what this show does, but this is one of the few times I feel they actually hit the mark. Stone's behavior is easy to comprehend if you put yourself in his shoes just a little bit. And I like that one of the first things he does in the show is admit failure. That's very atypical for the genre. Consider me hooked.

The Brits are far superior creating great entertainment. So hard to watch American show….not entertaining at all…same old stuff different actors.

Did they forget Holmes , Monk and House . Austistic people concentrate on facts and information not on intuition or gut feelings

As a citizen of a former Brit colony , there are four things I am grateful for from my parents origin. Meat pies, cider , fish and chips and good Brit. entertainment. Better make that five things, I forgot about the Beatles....

Didnt like the 1st episode..a wierd cop who walks like Charlie Chaplin...profile of awful teenagers...and gave a bad impression of them and their not all like this....Shame cos it had promise

Sean needs counselling

British crime series are the best and this one and it's quirky characters is very good

Sean is a very annoying character kinda made me want to switch. It was worth watching though.

If you've been around someone, such as the character D.S. Sean Stone, who probably has autism but is high-functioning, like I have, you would know this awkwardness is real. They say things that are honest but inappropriate to the situation. When he walks down the hall in the Missing Person location, like a penguin wearing an odd look on his face, it's b/c he's focused on what is going on in his head. He's great at this characterization.

A bit annoying and a bit stupid but will continue not as good as I had hoped

barely got thru this episode....same crap as other crime dramas...the lead character is either alcoholic, wierd, loner, ...etc. also, why o why do they alway go solo into dark, out of the way places without backup...i think i'll pass on this...its just not believable on any level.

Still watching, Brits do any drama, comedy, everything brilliantly.

Is the protagonist, the '"anti-hero", autistic or something? What a pain. There is no way any govt department would have anyone like this on their staff, the show really stretches one's notion of reality.

I take it not many liked the Stone character. Don't see how a person with such severe anti social behaviour would ever be allowed in the police nor get the rank this character had. I watched cause there was norhing else and battled to get a liking or iinterest.
