It's called Human Growth Hormone abuse. A shattered jaw doesn't change your bone structure. Look up any Pro Hockey player who went through the same injury. They all looked the same after. Now look at people who have abused Human Growth Hormones and notice the way their jaws look. The guy is a tiny 5'8" but now is jacked like a body builder. It's sad.

One of the saddest parts is that since people have been talking about his looks in this way since 2020 he’s basically retreated from social media which I think is down to how he’s being treated.

most famous people have syndromes where they are never content with their look and constantly wanting to look better while unwilling to admit it. Zac is just like Michael Jackson; both feel inferior when looking at themselves in the mirror; that along with the lies from people close to them, cause them to change drastically thinking no one would notice. When caught the make up lies on top on lies and their lives will be lived with fears of getting exposed.

He had to have reconstructive surgery when the bottom half of his face was literally severed off in an accident. He didn’t change his face out of his insecurities or anything he actually had a horrible accident and the fact that anyone is analyzing if he’s all natural when that is public information is just stupid click bait shame on you

I never ever understood why Efron was compelled to do anything cosmetically. Every girl that I've ever dated or been friends with, thought he was a total stud. Hell, I would kill to look like the old efron. I just don't get. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The change in his face I'm pretty sure is due to steroids use for all his movies he plays in. I mean now he is making a wrestling movie, he looked huge... I don't think many of us are even thinking about that possibility. He is jacked and has an insane body and lots of swelling and weight change in his face. His jaw line changed. This is a known effect from steroids, look at Conner Mcgregor and his face change. He was on steroids for a break in his leg to help him heal. They look very similar to me. I'm sure Zach has had some stuff done, but this is from steroids for sure. His body isn't natural he is to big and to ripped. you're normally one or the other lean skinny, toned or bulky. It is very rare to be bulky and have a 6 pack. Those guys are genetic freaks and doing something that makes scenes like sports. Their whole primary thing is always being in shape. Not acting I promise you. Acting is your primary goal and focus. So if the gym is his second or 3rd how is it he has the body of someone that looks like his career is in wresting and cross fit and blows some of those guys out of the water. He doesn't have the time so steroids cut that gap in half. And I believe these are the consequences. And that's my theory.

The damage left his jaw/cheeks disfigured. Having gone from numerous treatments trying fix this. This is the end result. Dude almost died from the injury.

Some of it is the natural aging process, he had the pretty boy look with gracile facial features that inevitably begin to fade once we hit our 30s. But agreed, this isn't all just aging. And he looks prematurely older than mid 30s post-op. He should consider quitting with the procedures for awhile
