LG C2 vs Samsung S95B Brightness Test Both Calibrated Filmmaker Mode SDR, HDR, & Game HDR Content

This was a comparison to show the brightness difference using the Service Menu Hacks on the Samsung S95B in Firmware 1448 (same as 1503). Both TVs are calibrated, and this essentially restores the original brightness, and in nit measurements, the S95B is hitting high 1400's-over 1,500 nits, very similar to the S90C and S95C.

The camera settings are exactly the same for both.
Shutter Speed: 1/160
Aperature: F2.8
ISO: 400

For anyone thinking the S95B is blown out, it's not blown out at all as both TVs have been properly calibrated with a delta error of less than 1%, meaning there is nothing wrong perceptible wise to the human eye, and they are both tracking correctly with the EOTF curve. What you may be seeing here is the ISO/APERATURE/EXPOSURE on the Sony camera that I had to increase to fairly show the LG C2's image without crushing it's details on camera favoring it over the S95B in this case as there is 2 different panel techs being used here (WRGB vs QDOLED) and the S95B being the brighter TV will be hurt by raising the settings on the camera. The opposite is true for the C2 as if I lowered the settings, the C2 would look too dark and crushed on camera. Lots of us content creators have mentioned filming different panel techs at the same time on camera while having the settings locked to be fair will result in this.
