I LOVE the concept of this video! It put me to sleep easily (as these videos always do) but somewhere in the video where the beat changed, I woke up. Maybe because a note in the song sounded simalar to a note in my ringtone? That's my best guess. I thought I'd share to see if anyone else had a simalar experience. Outside of that, if I pick just one chakra video, I always get the sleep results that I love. Thank you, Phi Tribe! 🥰🥰

I have severe anxiety and often hallucinations which keep me awake. I rarely wake up well rested, absolutely tired. I was never really able to sleep through, and when I woke up in the night, I had a hard time falling back asleep. Those Chakra balancing videos helped me to fall asleep fast, and I woke up well rested. My mind has always been noisy and I constantly had a "movie play", but since I started with those videos, my mind is more calm, and I can sleep peacefully. I still wake up in the middle of the night, but fall asleep faster, and always wake up well rested. These videos indeed are helping
