Corruption is the main reason so many countries are poor.

The issue I have with Vice and its portrayal of unregulated orphanages is that it often overlooks the challenging circumstances faced by those who run them. Many of these individuals are individuals who grew up on the streets without any support from their government. Faced with such adversity, they have taken matters into their own hands, which is a commendable choice.

These extraordinary people dedicate their entire lives to ensuring that more children are taken off the streets and provided with basic necessities like shelter and food. The unfortunate reality is that many parents either pass away or lack the means to care for their children, which is why they turn to what you refer to as 'unregulated' orphanages. In these places, at least the children have a chance to survive and receive an education.

These individuals are doing incredible work, often without much support from larger orphanages or global relief organisations. Their direct community and the occasional foreigners they connect with through social media are often the only ones offering assistance. In my opinion, their grassroots efforts surpass anything accomplished by those larger organisations.

You don't need to register or put rules on orphanages, where they have to pay the registration fees. It's OK until they take good care of children. Licensing orphanage centres will put a lot of money. The main thing is it should run smoothly in good hands.

I every country the authorities get paid well for letting people running illegal activities. He is one of them in Uganda for sure. I bet on that. You cannot close a place even if has some problems cause the whole country is a mess.

All western programs and donations to these countries must stop!! Yes people will die but it will encourage and push the people to get control of there government and end the corruption. For every $1 donated your lucky if 5 cents makes it to the people who need it.. I don't donate to any of these programs because of the corruption. Stop all donations and let the people get control over there governments.
