Das haus würde ich nicht mal als gartenlaube verwenden. Erste kälte schwankungen und alles verzieht sich. Fenster werden risse haben, doppelwand ohne isolierung, holz arbeitet. Ich hab nirgends dehnungsfugen gesehen. Super typ.

I sure hope a proper geologic survey was done. Hate to see all this work ultimately wasted on a landslide.

где утеплитель? Где гидроизоляция? зачем использовать доски по которым пошел грибок? зачем такая массивная крыша? Почему не утрамбовали насыпь под опорой сваи??... Место красивое но качество храмает. Больше похож на летнюю кухню.

I believe wood dying is much better than wood staining and more easily used than chemical ,as it is water based and then add wood protection for sun and water 💦. I use Lockwood
