Phantom of the Opera - Toronto 1992

I remember seeing this commercial when I was like 3 and ever since then I never wanted to watch it not even in 2004. It scared me that bad.

I actually went to see The Phantom of the Opera in Toronto right around this time. It was a really great production, the Pantages was beautiful, and I had loads of fun shopping at Eaton's that afternoon. It was the highlight of my young life. 😄

these kind of promos used to scare me as a kid becase they would just randomly come on like if i was watching a show somone would open the front door on a set and there is one of these promos i was like O_0

I remember a similar commercial with the same day to night view of Toronto, but with singing...

I still remember these old ads very vividly and being really terrified of them, particularly the notorious voice of the commentator whenever they aired.
