ОтветитьThis is my second time completing this workout. I am not good at the super man’s, the leg lifts when it’s both yet so I only lifted one at a time. Or planks but I haven’t done them in a while and I’m very out of shape. I’m a 5’6 female who weighs around the 150 category I haven’t weighed myself in a while either. But anyways I am seeing progress in my belly fat loss. Also it seems like it helps tone out other parts of my body which I love. It’s simpler than the other ones I’ve tried.

ОтветитьThanks Roberta for this. I have stopped doing exercise for few months now and gained weight. Now I am on a mission to lose 10kgs and this will be a perfect start for me as I have heavy breasts and I absolutely hate jumping.

This was really hard for me but I’m glad I did it. Here’s my “journal” that I’ll update every time somebody interacts with it.
Day 1: The hardest for me was the leg drops, and I couldn’t complete it. The plank was so hard, but I always able to push through! The easiest for me was the knee push ups, and the slow leg rise was effortless. Thank you so much for this! Amy face is red and sweaty 😂❤

I Just wanted to tell you... that you are awesome... my weight is 66kgs which is 11 kgs more according to my height.. and. Due to no physical activity for years I had no strength.. then I came across this video and for the first week I did this exercise and now I am able to do your other intense workouts.. now I do exercise regularly not to lose weight but to be physically active. Thanku

ОтветитьIt is very good and easy workout. It's not pushing too much hard. Also we have rest time. It's really fun to do it. I love it. Also it won't take much time at the same time guided one with rest time. I love it. I will do it everyday and update my result.❤
