It's funny how the narrator pronounces Newfoundland. It looks like he's not Canadian.
But nice work, though.
And I like the Yukon territory
ОтветитьI liked number two.
ОтветитьYes, yes, yes. Finally a great video on this
ОтветитьLove this. Easy to understand. And well formatted.
Ответитьwish one day to live in canada it's my dream home, I've never been in canada but I'm in love with that country history and heritage.
Ответитьi love canada so i’m trying to learn more about the country
can’t wait to live there when i’m older
shit this would be like invading russia today and just claiming land for your own
ОтветитьSome of the stuff that was mentioned is just flat out not true.... A lot of this video was what most people believe to be the truth even some Canadians but there are some stuff that you got wrong. Most notably that for a good amount of time the city of Kingston was the capital city of Canada, it wasn't always Ottawa.
ОтветитьI enjoyed watching this history of Canada, especially as your voice reminds me of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's voice.
ОтветитьThis video should be shown and taught to all immigrants!
ОтветитьAnd then Trudeau came and sold it off to globalists
ОтветитьI always thought it was the French revolution and Louise the 14th being a complete idiot lead to France losing a foot hold in North America back in the day. As it fell apart and consumed its self while being attacked by foreign invades at home, there was no one steering the ship, as it were.
ОтветитьThe FRENCH lost the WAR get over it Trudeau if you went to school you would know that.
ОтветитьOk so let me get this right. British took over canada from the french. Correct..
But gave it back to them. Dosent make sence..ok so my question now is look at canada and trudou..We see with are eyes now how the french are running the county arint we..The british need to control canada or the US lol
Hello from the USA. My favorite Province of those I visited (never been to Yukon/Northeest territories, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nunavut or Labrador/New Foundland.
I love British Columbia most though find Autumn in Quebec to be as beautiful as New England and love the natural beauty of Alberta around Banff.
I like BC because of the Natural Beauty of Kamloops, the food on Robson in Vancouver and the majestic beauty of the Fiords on Vancouver Island.
thank you kevin from the office
ОтветитьI hope Canada can get back to its roots, s/o Britain and the Natives. There’s a lot to change but I hope we become a united country once again
ОтветитьThank you for very useful, thumb nail sketch of Canadian history .. Cheers.
ОтветитьI wanted to try and understand a bit of their history so thank you.
ОтветитьNow Canada is known for it's communist government.
Ответить+
ОтветитьIt's funny when English-Canadians claim Quebecers are not Canadians, yet the people along the St-Lawrence have been calling themselves Canadians for over 400 years now. And yet, a second or third generation Canadian will say stupid shit like that, and then go on the sing the French-Canadian anthem, among other things....irony and ignorance at its finest...
ОтветитьImagine the new history after 50 years from now… it will be like - India’s population reached world’s highest they started immigrating to EU,UK, New-Zealand , Australia, US..Soon all the first world countries turned smelly , stinky and filthy like slum and the native language was changed to Hindi, Punjabi , Gujrati and other South Indian languages .Deodorants got banned and the noise pollution increased
ОтветитьGod. The way he pronounced Newfoundland is how you pronounce it when you want people to be mad.
The rest of the video is so worth it though
Your country is a globalist run shit hole; unaffordable, you're regulated to death (internet included), you don't have freedom of speech or rights, and immigrants are taking over. The people I talk to in Canada are depressed and just want to get the fuck out. You people are way too passive and need to nut up! You get what you vote for though.
ОтветитьWhy did Canada have such a high casualty rate in WWI?
ОтветитьCanada is the best 🇨🇦💪🏻🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Ответить🇨🇦🤝🇺🇸
ОтветитьNone of the flags is accurate, There are no maple trees west of Manitoba.
Ответитьi'm a Carpenter and my wife's a physio and we hardly have enough money to pay rent. glad we waisted 4 years of education for nothing.. our solution is leaving Canada...
ОтветитьBC is the most beautiful province, but Alberta’s government is the best lol
ОтветитьNooFinland not NEWfoundLand
ОтветитьThe Ojibwa and the Chipewa are shown separately on the map but I thought they were the same tribe 🤔
ОтветитьThe Vikings were the first non-native people to settle in Canada and the New World in general that we know of for sure. They built a settlement in Newfoundland around 1000 AD. It is unclear for exactly how long this settlement was occupied for or if there was more, but ultimately it was either abandoned, pillaged, or its inhabitants succumbed to disease or assimilated into the local population. Theories abound. Nearly 500 years later in 1497, the Italian explorer Giovanni Caboto was the first European to explore the North American coast, claiming it for the English crown. Shortly after, the Portuguese would do the same but remained unclaimed for, and Basque fishing outposts were built until the French arrived. Jacques Cartier claimed the land for France in 1534. He named the gulf and river after St. Lawrence's feast day on which he arrived. The French called the territory around the river Canada after the native for settlement, 'Kanata'. After several failed attempts at permanent settlement succumbed to starvation and disease, the cities of Quebec and Port Royal were successfully established by 1670. The English colonies in the south had expanded and new settlements were established in Newfoundland and south of the Hudson Bay. The fur trade, particularly in beaver pelts, became extremely lucrative as it became the favorite material for hat makers and luxury winter clothing in northern Europe. This greatly encouraged further northern settlements by both English and French fur trappers seeking to make a fortune. The French and the English did not peacefully coexist, with the French temporarily taking much of the territory around the Hudson Bay during the lengthy period known as the Beaver Wars. Not only the Europeans became wealthy and influential from trade in beaver pelts.
ОтветитьMétis represent! 👍
ОтветитьWait, California has a larger population than Canada?
ОтветитьIt’s not New-found-land It’s new-fin-land Canadians back me up
ОтветитьDo you think the US will ever assume control of Canada and Mexico?
