Dev might ran out of idea. It was lazy of them to make a Filipino character yet they cannot fullfil her Filipino attributes. I don't see any Filipino characteristics on her. Miniskirt?? Western dress?? Kerchief headdress?? Kick boxing?? That's Thai.
They should have made a character kid with a yoyo and a strayed dog pet props or a guy with arnis.
They could have even named one better than using a national hero's name. Too lazy to research. Even most of players would not recognize what her nationality is. If I were to make one, I'll make an obvious Filipino appearance of a character. O could have been proud but they failed that. Smh
