Brooke could've gotten a picture of Deacon kissing Amber in that room she was getting ready in (where's Rick's friend Charlie & his camera when u need him? 😅) Then shown it to Rick, who of COURSE would jump the gun & call off the wedding whether Amber kissed back or not or started it or not...if she really wanted to she could've stopped the wedding!
