This happened to me too, I went through the court system to see my child. I wasn’t allowed to be there when they were born, had to set up paternity, etc. didn’t meet my kids until they were 2 because of threats of getting the police called on me for the simple fact I wanted to see my kids (twins). After all this when I got to court the judge and the people involved in the court treated me like a deadbeat father when I LITERALLY put MYSELF on child support. Threw the book at me as hard as she “legally” could and sent me on my way. All because of bitterness and a system that enables and encourages this abusive behavior. The fem. Infestation that is the family court.

Men just stop having kids with these western women, especially with the ones in the USA.

I remember the feeling of desperation. All I wanted to do was see my daughter. My baby mama kept hiding her from me. I fought so hard and spent a lot of money. You gotta be on top of it constantly and be patient. It was all worth it because now I have full custody. But now the mom refuses to see her daughter.

True story my baby momma and I separated when my daughter was 2! Then i discovered MTR when my daughter was 9 and every since i stood up for myself BY MYSELF. Its crazy he has to go through this. I'm glad he is going the legal route. He needs to stop showing his hand, as in telling her he's seeking full custody and now she knows he's trying to serve her its going to be all hands on deck to help her. I wonder if she got pregnant on purpose to trap him or his resources. I was just telling my wife, this is the stuff men have to go through and no one is here to help, and the child will just say he didn't fight hard enough. ignoring the fact he had to fight at all.

I just went to my nieces HS graduation and neither the bio-dad or the former step dad showed up. We have men fighting to see their kids and some dudes can't even do the bare minimum like show up. Unfortunately, if intervention isn't done, this child will forget the experience and adapt his mother's view of things. Thereby, taking on the same views as his mother from being brainwashed by her and hating his father for supposedly not being there. As mom will set herself up to be the "good" parent that struggling single mom that provided, she has always been around and cared for him, unlike his dad.

I couldnt even imagine denying my children, esp my son, the right to see their dad. Luckily we are happily married so we both tuck them at night. There are so many fatherless kids around now, so many of my sons friends and you just see the damage even at his young age. We have 3 fatherless boys living on our street that always cpme to our house because my husband acts like the neighborhood dad. He fixes bikes, he grills and lights up the fire pit, plays soccer with them. Its everything to see a father with a son. It is pure evil for a woman to deny their kids a good father and to deny that father (regardless of how she may feel about him) his God given right to raise his son to be a man. I went through a similar situation. October 2020 I filed for custody won the custody battle on January 19th 2021. All my lawyer had to do was Mail me the hard or original copy of my custody paperwork. During my time of waiting and pursuing my lawyer for my papers he has been on vacation, came back sick with covid, then his mother was sick with covid. I called and when down to his office several times, All his secretary told me was he was not in and that he has my files at home with him. After paying him for services in January all he had to do was Mail me the damn custody papers, but for 5 months this man has been unresponsive. I took care of everything to make life comfortable for my boys and their mother. On my son's 5th Birthday his mother tried to get toxic instead of making a memorable moment for our son. We all were supposed to have been going to Children's Palace, but flipped on me at the last minute. So to avoid messing up my little man's big day and having an issues with law enforcement, I decided to let them go and I stay back and decorate for my Son🎉, when they got back he was so surprised and although his mother was still on some negative mess, we still had a good time. The next day I went back to blowing up my lawyer's phone. On June 4th and 5th I got to spend time with my boys and grandson I took them to the carnival and to my house to watch movies. We had an amazing time, Monday their mother was to start working at FedEx, June 6th my son Letrell called me we talked for awhile and he asked me if I was going to come over today...I said no son I Love Y'all So Much son but not today I will be there tomorrow I my son Love.😢 that night or morning my baby boy passed away, his mother found him unresponsive the next morning June 07, 2021 . My lawyer did not get my papers to me until June 14th.💔😥🤬👿

In a case like this, have a third party deliver the papers. She can't claim anything went down when he's not there to serve her. Don't matter if it's a friend or if you order Door Dash to her home, have the driver come to you first then go there & deliver the papers. Boom, done.

There is a FEDERAL LAW that says if you (as a man) make it down to the police station for DV, you automatically lose your right to carry a weapon in this country. I’m dealing with this as we speak. I haven’t seen my 1yr old daughter since last October, my ex blocked me everywhere. I can’t see my baby, but i tried multiple times to buy her pampers etc. online and let them deliver everything at my ex house. She sends everything back and say it was the wrong adres.
I try not to stress about it because she knows how much i care about our daughter and she’s doing this to hurt me, without knowing she’s hurting our daughter too…

Family court is the worst but I got questions about the birth....if you were there when your kid was born &your name is on the birth certificate that's proof for a court, judge or cops to help the father see his kid. I doubt he's getting fully custody but it seems as if there should be split custody &in the mean time visitations for the father. As the father as long as you're clean you too can use the courts &law to your advantage, file charges against your baby-mother;everything will be documented &there's a paper trail even if she doesn't get arrested. Good luck to you &if you got the money hire a private detective &sue her

I got something similar when my daughter about to turn 1 year old she don’t want me to pick her up and she stays with me but she’ll would rather her cousins or grandmother watch our daughter. I think it's hypocritical and damn-near criminal (based on slander/libel/defamation of character) to publically accuse a man of being a deadbeat father while simultaneously refusing him access to his child and not allowing him to be a part of the child's life. I understand the need to protect women from harm, but there needs to be proof of said harm. Otherwise, you are using the law to violate someone else's rights. She claims these statements he's made online. Where are the screenshots? Where is the electronic investigation of his social media accounts for threats against her? He threatened her with shooting her and the child. Where is his gun permit? (And yes, I know you can get weapons illegally; that's not the point). It's hard to prove a negative. But if she is saying such-and-such happened, there should be some proof, and I do not mean circumstantial evidence. It is not right that you can lie on a man and just say, "Well, that's the law." Making a false report is illegal, but the punishment is not much. There should be an amendment to increase punishment if it is found that the false report was intentionally designed to inflict harm or revoke rights from someone.
