Let’s have a few videos on how stupid the tax system is. One group of guys one day decided we need to pay them half off all our wages. Then half of all our investments we take risks on. Then tax the companies, then tax everything we buy. That is the greatest ponsi scheme off all time. Governments, banks and the elites.

LOL, Global minimum corporate tax is such a joke. The consumer (us little guys) pays the corp to cover the cost of the tax they are charged in the form of increased prices. Then the tax money is laundered in the guise of military or humanitarian aid, and the connected politicians get the money in the end. They won't do anything, because they will just move the companies to countries with lower tax rates...Pretty positive Ireland saw a huge budget deficit due to the companies leaving after the tax rate hike...They simply moved their operations to lowered taxed regions...

I would add the holding company will include a buying agreement for commodities to hold gold and silver unallocated storage that can be easily monetized via an SKR.
