ОтветитьSo, when the American Conservatives take away womens' right to hold property, assets and bank accounts full in our own names, would this protect the assets of a woman who ownes a number of rental properties and stable stocks/bonds, and needs to keep access to them???
ОтветитьThe $1mil jet ski jousting league 😂
Ответитьlol at limited liability companies
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьI can't be the only that thinks JetSki Jousting would be cool AF!
ОтветитьNot starting an empire with $8
ОтветитьI make sure that my income is at the poverty line to avoid paying taxes in Canada . Am I a criminal and committing tax evasion ? --What these people are doing sounds perfectly legitimate . If countries don't like it then change the rules/laws !
ОтветитьNice 👍
ОтветитьI like your video, but dificult to trust when I know this an ad for the products/services you are selling
ОтветитьLet’s have a few videos on how stupid the tax system is. One group of guys one day decided we need to pay them half off all our wages. Then half of all our investments we take risks on. Then tax the companies, then tax everything we buy. That is the greatest ponsi scheme off all time. Governments, banks and the elites.
ОтветитьThe more complicated a structure, the more they are trying to hide. An example would be something like the rewards structure at Club Wyndham.
ОтветитьLOL, Global minimum corporate tax is such a joke. The consumer (us little guys) pays the corp to cover the cost of the tax they are charged in the form of increased prices. Then the tax money is laundered in the guise of military or humanitarian aid, and the connected politicians get the money in the end. Only a monkey would fall for that scam, saying that corporations need to pay their "fair share."
ОтветитьCommies are sick with their taxes!
Ответитьdude learn to speak without modulating your voice so much. it's annoying af.
ОтветитьBoo to whoever will not allow funding for a Jet Ski Jousting League
ОтветитьWho pays the lawyer/s if when they finally win, the losing entity goes bankrupt?
ОтветитьIn what countries is setting up a structure like this with the sole intention of avoiding taxes illegal?
"Tax avoidance" and "tax evasion" are radically different. Tax avoidance lowers your tax bill by structuring your transactions so that you reap the largest tax benefits. Tax avoidance is completely legal—and extremely wise.
Tax evasion, on the other hand, is an attempt to reduce your tax liability by deceit or concealment. Tax evasion is a crime.
Ugh, i really, really hate the idea of a global minimum tax. It's nit wrong to try and protect your assets from dirty crooks. Taxation is theft and I'd rather not be stolen from.
ОтветитьHMW: This is an extremely important topic, and if we're apathetic about it, we're just allowing the rich to get away with continuing to do it.
Also HMW: Okay, now here's how to do it.
You mentioned corruption and ill-gotten game, and a number of other terms of that nature, but showed no actual examples of corruption or criminality…. Leaving me to assume that this is just another ridiculous Marxist notion propaganda ploy to label anyone with similar financial situations to be bad or evil……
ОтветитьThey won't do anything, because they will just move the companies to countries with lower tax rates...Pretty positive Ireland saw a huge budget deficit due to the companies leaving after the tax rate hike...They simply moved their operations to lowered taxed regions...
ОтветитьJet Ski jousting league sounds like a lot of fun though, not gonna lie
ОтветитьIt’s hard for me to get upset about this. Wealthy people legally trying to keep what already belongs to them seems logical.
ОтветитьThis shot is insane, i need to watch this 100 times to learn how to do the same thing. 😮😮😮😮😮 Thanks
ОтветитьBut what's wrong with a jetski jousting league🤷
ОтветитьIf u can’t beat em join em, good luck in ur journey of getting rich
ОтветитьFantastic video, my question is 1. How do you finance your profitable business. 2. Will lenders be willing to lend it money. 3. Will there be an expectation for surety to be signed and if so who must sign it?
ОтветитьI would add the holding company will include a buying agreement for commodities to hold gold and silver unallocated storage that can be easily monetized via an SKR.
ОтветитьIn most jurisdictions a trust can own and operate businesses, own operate sell or build real estate assets.
ОтветитьFuck this. We deserve the right to privacy, even when doing business. Justifying a surveillance state by claiming it’s to reduce financial crime is just absolute bullshit.
Ответитьlet me guess... you're a fed or tax agent, giving false information to scare people from structuring their affair in a tax avoidance manner
Ответитьliar... you can't set up the structure to evade taxes. but it is perfectly legal to set the structure up to avoid taxes... please go read the fucking tax code
ОтветитьSo, you gain views by giving incorrect, misleading information (such as what trusts really are), and play off the ignorance of ppl to make ppl hate rich ppl
ОтветитьTaxes on income is supposed to be illegal
Ответитьjet ski jousting sounds brilliant
Ответитьlike my comment so i can come back to this video later
ОтветитьIt's my understanding that these people have just found other ways to hide money. ..and they did it fast. It wouldn't surprise me if they had already moved on to other ways before the Pandora papers even came out.... which would explain why they came out.
Move on and leak the info of what you used to be doing.
It's actually a pretty common practice.
Sure, people know you were being an evil dirt bag but, then you can be like, "OMG! We're so sorry! We'll never do it again. Here look, we're paying our taxes now and doing good things."
All while you're still hiding MOST of your income.
But people are like, "Oh, they are paying taxes now, they must now be a good company."
I believe this guy 1000% when he says he worked in investment banking. "This thing multimillionaires do sucks, time to teach you how to do exactly that." Absolute legend of a channel.
ОтветитьI liked you pointed out that apathy (or cynicism) is the enemy of better regulation. If someone's only solution is: "this is why we need a revolution", the majority will simply say: "no thanks, we keep shell companies because your ideas failed ages ago and you are just not rational".
ОтветитьActually interesting 👍
Ответить*Title:* Unpacking the Pandora Papers: How the Global Elite Use Complex Structures for Wealth Protection
*Summary:*
The Pandora Papers are the latest in a series of leaks that reveal the intricate financial maneuvers of the global elite, including money laundering, tax evasion, and corruption. While it's tempting to assume that nothing will come of these revelations, it's crucial to understand how these structures work and whether they are legal.
The core of these structures revolves around Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs), which protect investors from losing more than they invested if a company goes bankrupt. Shareholders can be individuals, other companies, or trusts. Trusts are simpler entities that hold assets for the benefit of beneficiaries and are controlled by trustees.
These entities can be combined in various ways, creating robust corporate structures. For instance, a successful businessman may place a profitable company within a holding company to protect assets. Dividends flow through these structures, shielding assets from potential lawsuits or bankruptcy.
The complexity arises when these entities are registered in different countries to exploit various benefits. Privacy in Panama, low taxes in Ireland, and currency stability in France can be combined to create a tax-efficient structure. While not illegal by itself, the intent behind such complex setups is often to minimize taxes and hide assets.
The Pandora Papers have led to significant changes. Many high-profile officials were arrested, a prime minister resigned, and billions of dollars were returned to tax agencies. New standards now require companies to list beneficial owners – actual people receiving profits. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) face heightened scrutiny, and global minimum tax proposals are gaining traction.
It's essential not to succumb to apathy regarding these reports. Apathy is what fraudulent operations desire, as it prevents investigations and reforms. Understanding how these structures work and supporting efforts for transparency and accountability can help combat financial secrecy.
TRADING CRYPTOS HAS NOT BEEN GOING WELL WITH ME, I HAVE INVESTED A LOT OF TIMES AND FAILED, I TRADE ON MY OWN BUT EACH TIME I KEEP LOOSING MONEY. I DON'T HAVE GOOD STRATEGIES TOWARDS THE MARKET. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE PUT ME THROUGH ON THE RIGHT PATH.
ОтветитьDisheartened? That money was never yours, so why would you get disheartened? Just because you keep voting for governments that rob you, don't expect others to play your game. The sense of entitlement people have over other people's things is disgusting.
Ответитьgood one
ОтветитьMy god that was an impressive video.
ОтветитьQ: what about incorporating non profits into the mix to legally minimize taxes????
ОтветитьAmazing video, thank you so much!
