How to Transfer an Entire iTunes Library to Another Computer

Does this only copy and move music or everything including video gets copies over?

I'm transferring from iTunes on a PC to a iTunes on a Mac I would like to sync instead of using home sharingI've been using my PC computer to buy songs I can't do that with iMac mini the two apps between PC and the iMac Mini are different I can't buy iTune music only from my PC and in both are authorized
