Chastain Park is nice, the houses are pricey, Lenox is also a nice and expensive. Brookhaven is also a nice place but very expensive. Atlanta Georgia is a nice place to live I grew up in NYC with cane here back in 1992 then I moved back to NYC where n 2009 stood there 8 years then 2017 I moved back to Georgia I love it here

This is nice to watch but it’s very inaccurate regarding pricing, rents, and draw for most African Americans

Beautiful neighborhoods are great, however, if they people suck, the neighborhood is not worth it.

The predominately black cities such as, Collier Heights, Mechanicsville, South Fulton, and Stonecrest!

Atlanta Georgia and Washington DC has the richest most educated blacks in America.... anybody dissing Atlanta Georgia Washington DC and the DMV are mad because they could not make it in Atlanta

The best Atlanta neighborhood is not where the money lies, beside you can't get in those club without power and money or Celebrity. Move outside the morally corrupt city of Atlanta and get out past the perimeter, by about 30 miles. Conyers is a great town for black and white people.

The author is not familiar with Atlanta (black ATLANTA)-THE CASCADE AREA would be #1- all of the other areas are not black.,except #6 sweet Auburn-. However there are blacks in every neighborhood

Atlanta is over crowded….no more people…cost of housing has went up…don’t do it!!

I've never heard of Cabbage Town before I used to live in Atlanta,Georgia well a little farther out.

She said Brookhaven was an affluent black area that is not true at all my family owns a winter home in historical Brookhaven and all of our neighbors and my entire neighborhood is 98% white.

Great video! Please do more videos in the suburbs like Snellville, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Loganville, Duluth, Johns Creek and Buford . Gwinnett county is one of the largest counties in GA and black ppl are moving here at an alarming rate. I’ve been here 24yrs…Love it!

I respect the culture and history of Atlanta but the historic energy is not me. Hopefully there are areas with newer homes.

Decatur is not the best neighborhood (city) Decatur is in dekalb county it's nothing but corruption ex former sheriff Sidney Dorsey (1996-2000 serving life for murder for his rival derwin Brown) and crime is out of control

I think a lot of people in the comments are confusing "median" with "average". Those are two different numbers.

If the rent prices were hypothetically $100-$1,000, the median might be $550 while the average is say, $750. Of course, that all depends on the concentration of home near a certain price point as well as the total number of homes throughout the entire price range. So, median may not directly reflect the actual average.

Median is just the central number(price) in the group of homes, while average would take the total of all prices added together, then divided by the number of homes in that given area.

How Decatur have a population of 22,000? Hell it be 22,000 ppl on Candler alone. And stop selling these neighborhoods on here, Atlanta is closed, we cant have no more company, we are FULL. 😁 jk. Oh and I know the prices are off for rent because if that's the case I could have been living in the midtown area all this time.
