ОтветитьPresent. Im having a hard time getting a call back for a help desk job. I just graduated. Im studying for the Sec+ in the meantime. Im also thinking about getting the Microsoft 365 fundamentals Cert to learn more about M365.
ОтветитьNice stuff. Suggestion: while job searching i come across alot of jobs that requires MS 365 experince or ServiceNow experience, ITIL and CRM experience, can you do some tutorials on how to troubleshoot the basic MS 365 issues or maybe a lab that we can do to simulate the use of ServiceNow and get CRM exp???

How we remotely control a pc in the company , what software do we use?
Hi, Ervin
Hope you are doing well!
Well thank you for the awesome videos and a unique teaching style with live examples.
Just had a doubt in my mind in terms of sharing screen. If user can't login to his/her system how can they be able to share screen😢. Well this could be a stupid question but I saw you in the start of the video you have said so😊
Present! Thanks for the information!!

ОтветитьFor topic one, if they are working from home, you would need to get them connected to VPN first so they can communicate with the domain controller. I would reset their domain password to a default and remote to them and join them to the domain, if the computer they had was not already joined to the domain. They would need email access on their phone so they could receive a one-time VPN password or key. Another option would be something like Symantec Authenticator on their phone if their organization had that set up or some other key generator.

ОтветитьNice video Cobuman, im looking to get my first helpdesk job, should i get the ComptiA+ cert before applying for jobs? , i have decades of "unoffical" pc building/fixing and trouble shooting experience, and now familier with Active Directory and office 365?
