I love the nasb as well. I actually have the king James, the new king James, and the esv study bible along with the nasb. It's actually helpful and interesting to have more then one version sense translations are so different. Loved the video!

Just PLEASE be careful with the Jesus Calling book! its known to be demonic. on the surface it looks great but when you look into Sarah Young & the practices she did for that book - its not God-driven at all. theres also secret "666" throughout the books signifying the devil. You can also see black mirrors on most pages. She also used automatic writing (demonic). Highly recommend looking into it more!

I agree about Jesus Calling, it's so simple and minimal but always seems to be speaking directly to me 🤔
You may enjoy "He and I". It was written by a French Catholic laywoman, Gabrielle Bossis(1874-2950). Jesus Calling is reminiscent of her work.
I don't recommend Stormie Omartian's books, because she encourages women to stay in adulterous or abusive relationships 😕

The Jesus calling devo is actually not good at all , please please do research on that book :( it is not at all prophetic but actually has pagan origins. Do research on what two women inspired Sarah Young to write it and you will be shocked. I had one too and when I find out about it I threw it away. I strongly urge you do to research on that girl. We need to be careful because MANY pagan practice are sneaking into the church & so many are getting deceived. God bless 🙏🏼

I just got a new Bible too. I would really recommend the filament bible. It is so great for understanding. You can find it on Amazon for pretty cheap. Just for travel and stuff.

I really don't know how anyone dare can call themselves a Christian anymore. Simply because this word implies someone who is judgemental. Certainly not how I personally want to be portrayed. I have faith in God but I do things Christians disagree with and get so much flack for it. It's laughable really considering even the bible says not to judge, yet so many do. When you use terms like 'hold each other accountable' that's a red flag for me.
