Bro my childhood was goated, I used to play with the coolest toys, going to my friends, REAL FRIENDS, we used to fr cry if one of us got hurt, we were fr 3 peas in a pod, I also did kinda save my friends life once, uhhh let’s just say I told him to stay in the car and not go outside (we were in my grans friend car and she told us not to go outside cuz we couldn’t go grocery. Anyways I used to spend days going through the neighbourhood playing with kids and visiting our neighbours (we lived in Romania) . I will admit sometimes I actually did watch videos on my grans phone, but they were kinder eggs not talk tuah, I also used to watch Cartoon Network. It was so goated I actually miss it

Tbh I don’t think 2010s was any better than 2020s. We had plenty of unfunny shit like vines and Mr beast ahh thumbnails. Unfunny internet humor was just done differently

I can’t even meet with my friends because I go to a very far school and I have no friends around my neighbourhood I play outside sometimes but it is quite boring as a 13 year old so I don’t have any choices but to go and play by myself

Didn't even watch the vid ans I already feel sad.

Like my gen was the last to get a relatively decent childhood in before the internet got too big for our own good.
No joke that gorilla death in 2016 had the worst butterfly effect i've ever seen.

One way to keep the past tradition of childhoods alive is to have future children experience what we experienced when we we're kids, Passing the Torch and all

If I were to ever have a kid, I would give them a good childhood and not have them rot their brains out at 4 years old, I wouldn’t give them a device until they were 12 years old

I was a toddler in the mid 2010s And I still had a 90s box tv for both my dads working room and my living room. I used to watch age-related shows.

I watched a clip of happy tree friends in 2016 as 10 year old I feel traumatized to this day, the gore in that shit will make you throw up and be traumatized for the rest of your childhood.

In regard to the whole “Gen Z eventually behaving like Boomers and shaming the next generation” thing, I need to point out that it is really a minority here. A majority of Boomers are regular old dudes that I can respect and appreciate. The issue is that the bad and annoying part of that generation is the one that gets more vocalized. This is what created the whole mindset of boomers hating Gen Z (at least from what i can tell). This probably does mean that a majority of Gen Z will eventually respect Gen Alpha and vice versa but the small and annoying part of these generations are the ones that everyone would notice and suddenly everyone would think that’s what we are all like.
