Ehm..... Other recipes call that you remove the cloves. You don't?
ОтветитьThis was so simple and delicious . Thank you. I was the best ham I ever made.😊
ОтветитьI was skeptical….. I made this…. The moistest ham I’ve ever had anywhere in life!!!!!
ОтветитьThankyou for charging and all the best for 2023
ОтветитьI am making your recipe right now. I, too, have made many other recioes for Ham during the Holidays and I am sure, my family will enjoy this one. I like the Broil option, rather than Bake! Thank you so much :)
ОтветитьThis is how it’s done!
ОтветитьWow nice ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI love you Ria!!! And your ham, too!!!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing it

ОтветитьThis is delicious for Easter!!
ОтветитьYour website is messed up...
Ответитьlove ya! I'm a blackFoot..This is exactly how we do it, but, black-strap molasses is in the mix and on the ham itself!
ОтветитьI think my cloves are not older than 100 years, but I'm not too sure. Thanks for posting.
ОтветитьThanks for the recipe. It’s in the oven now
ОтветитьThis looks like the best ham Rey I have seen. I will be trying it for Thanksgiving this year. TY for sharing🙏
ОтветитьI want to say thank you for this recipe! I made it last year and everyone loved :) I’m going to make it this year too. My husband gets free ham yearly from his work. I really appreciate your video! ❤
ОтветитьI made this ham recipe about two years ago for thanksgiving and it was the most tasteful ham I have ever made. Going to make it again this thanksgiving. Thank you 9:29pm
ОтветитьWhy are u washing your ham?
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьWatch the video 10 times ,I’m halfway with my ham. Tomorrow Thanksgiving Potluck at work ,let see what happened . Thanks again
ОтветитьThis Ham is the one I'm telling you. Ms. Rita showed out. The only way ham will ever be prepared. If you know u know that's a real feat. So thanks again for letting us in your family's home
ОтветитьIs it only me? I watch her run water on the ham and I was like well, I can see the point. However. the lemon scrub, I'm not sure. I just think that was too much for an already cooked meat. Otherwise great recipe.
Ответитьsilent night...very nice
ОтветитьAmazing job 👍
ОтветитьUsing the lime to “get rid of the freshness”…what does that even mean? There is no need to wash the ham, it is fully cooked.
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьMouthwatering
ОтветитьBeautiful work !!! Ummmm
ОтветитьRemember God loves you♥️!!
John 3:16

Please repent, change your life around and live for Him🙏🙏..
He is coming back soon😊🥳........
Thank you so much for your heartfelt recipe! Blessings to you and family also🥰😘❤️
ОтветитьThat’s too much cloves
ОтветитьThanks for a great instruction on the baked ham.
ОтветитьI made this glaze but added the pineapple juice to the glaze mix and cooked it down a little. Then I get flavor or pineapple in the glaze. I left cloves off because I so strongly dislike the smell and taste of cloves.
ОтветитьThe best recipe online!
ОтветитьGreetings from Quebec.... I have to say that this ham and glaze recipe absolutely rocked my world... I punched it up with a honey mustard and a little bit of Dijon... And the sauce was absolutely delicious. I have never made a ham before.... But I was given one and I wanted to try this.... Thank you for showing us how to do this
ОтветитьI make the same recipe since 45 years and this was my mom recipe and her mom recipe too , it's 5-6 generation old recipe in my family . The only thing it's I don't put so much cloves because we love the good taste of smoke ham... And our recipe calls for orange zest, the taste of the zest with the cloves, sugar, cinnamon and pinaple is so delightful and rich , and give that special taste we love so much......We put also the juice of the orange in the glaze. Note: If you put first the glaze over the ham without the pinaple and cherry and cover ALL the ham with pinaple and cherry with not leaving a spot without pinaple and continued cooking, for the glaze to caramelized, your ham will not burn and the ham will be beautiful and tasty. Its the pinaple that's going to burn a little. I normally take out all those pinaple and cherry that were on the ham and cut in pieces and put in a pan with all the juice from the bottom of the pan and I cook for 5 /10 minutes till thicken and come clearly. I Drain it and Then I brush the whole ham with that thick glaze, make the ham shiny and i put new rings of pinaple and cherry with some rings of orange. I put the ham on a plate with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, raisins all 3 kinds colors, clémentines...The ham is phenomenal and my family and guests are always amazed to see how beautiful and tasty this ham is ....I never taste a ham so good and so beautiful like this one.. If you tried it your family will love it😊!😊😊
ОтветитьThis is one of the best ham recipe I've ever seen
ОтветитьThis will be my third year in a row making this. It's perfect thank you so much!
ОтветитьBtw. I watch this once a year and I get so many comments on my delicious ham! Thank you for sharing. Happy holidays 2024!
ОтветитьYour ham looks absolutely delicious❤
ОтветитьU don't like messy everybody like messy the footballer that is
ОтветитьDon't wash your ham, that's ridiculous.
ОтветитьHi Ria, I want to try this recipe this year. I watched many videos, but yours really caugh my eye because of the color and different cooking process. Maybe just one question, when you set to broil the ham with glaze...is it 550F, my oven preset broil temperature, it is super high and usually burns the meat. What temp should I set when broil and for how long?, I do turn the ham around to cook even front and back. I will try...looks delicious. I'm from Venezuela, close to Trinidad, and we like to try our hallacas with this ham recipe for christmas eve dinner. Tks, and Merry Christmas.
Ответитьim looking at those prices from 2021 in 2024 😭😭😭😭
ОтветитьThe glaze smells incredible! Just added about two tspns of dark rum to the glaze with the pineapple juice in the glaze reduction.
This is going to the table centrepiece for Christmas Day tomorrow. Can't wait to try it with some hot potato salad on the side.
Thank you for sharing 😀👋✌️👋✌️
My 3rd year using your ham recipe. 😊 It’s my favorite.
ОтветитьI hosted Christmas dinner this year for the first time (I’m Jewish). My friends wanted ham and I’ve never made it before so I was nervous. I looked through soooo many videos and I found this one. Easy to follow and watch, simple instructions. I followed exactly and it came out AMAZING!!! So delicious! We didn’t even want to touch it because it was so beautiful 😅 This is the recipe you want, folks! Thank you Ria!
ОтветитьFinally.. I kept checking your YT to see if you posted this!! I want to make a “Trini Style Ham” for the first time and I knew your video would be a great one to learn from!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
