I don't have words for it, coming out of this trance state.
I did the complete series this week, every day one, and it has been a journey. Opening the heart chakra again, coming to a blissful love at the crown and reconnecting with the sankalpa I started with, but with a deeper sense of meaning. Connecting to all the chakras in this series has been amazing. Nice to do, especially during Module 3.
And on top of that, this magical guidance that I can't put words to.

I don't have much of a visual mind. I struggled to get the vision of the flowers for the chakras. Do you have any visual recommendations I could watch to get an idea or other recommendations?

I love your Nidra videos. I've been using them daily for 3 weeks since a medicine journey. I'm not very visual so I had an issue with this one. When I'm imagining the flowers spinning, I am looking inward and confused about the directions of clockwise while looking inward...

I return to this one to stay in awareness of my chakras. ❤
