It's kind of refreshing seeing an animatic that actually shows that Antinous is close to Telemachus' age instead of waaaay older for once. XD This was great!

Can we talk about just how fluid your fighting scenes are???? Like my jaw was DROPPING as I watched this, and the various means of fighting you used was so creative and cool (like when Telemachus drove his elbow into Antinous's neck) and I feel like I could just continue to gush about the awesomeness of it all holy cow.

the fact you added actual choreography somehow makes antinous even scarier! i'm definitely a villain simp at the best of times, but this really shows how messed up it is for him to beat up a defenceless almost-kid

I really really loved this. Your style reminds me of Duvetbox which I mean as a compliment, they're my favorite. I had to pause to have an emotion when Athena put the portrait back up and it had a smiling Ody with her as an owl. Very well done. Will be watching 6 more times to see everything

i love how telemachus is actually the one that swings first and antinous is just provoking and provoking and provoking and just dodging his punches until he gets bored and punches back lol. makes the fight more dynamic and really shows the hatred telemachus has for him. also him tossing the portrait was so disrespectful 😭😭

edit: OH AND I JUST SAW ON THE REWATCH ANTINOUS IS HOLDING HIM IN PLACE BY HIS WRIST AS HE HITS HIM really drives home how unprepared he is lol😭

I actualy like that Antinous and Telemachus look closer in age here, considering they wheren't that far apart.
A lot of other animatics, as great as they are, making Telemachus look way younger and Antinous way older

something i really like is that ATHENA is the one to tell Telemachus to stop. just a simple shake of the head communicates so much, that this round is over and he won’t gain anything from immediately attacking him again. it’s such a subtle change that completely shifts the ending of the song. of course he’d immediately try to get back in the ring, but Athena knows better.

I like how the guy it he bully Telemachus but you can tell he going easily on him, basic teach him how to fight and also teach him a great lesson that his daddy and mother not alway going be there to protect him cause he could easily kill Telemachus but choice not to and also Athena fail Odysseus of how brute she was with him and abandon him so fast so she learn her lesson and going a different rout with his son Telemachus and won't abandon him like she did with Odysseus
