I have sleep apnea, and without help, I quit breathing while I sleep, every 90 seconds. It blocks REM sleep... before I was diagnosed, I was hallucinating while awake, cognitive function was difficult at best. A machine helps me sleep now, but even that is not enough; at times I average 2 or 3 hours a night... but sleep habits CAN be improved, they help a LOT. As for cognitive function... aerobic exercise is also extremely useful, as is proper meditation techniques. They both can improve the OXYGEN level in your brain and even help with dementia for some people...

ОтветитьI've never had a problem with waking up early. In fact most of the time i wake up way too early. I'll literally wake up out of nowhere in between 3am and 6am. 💀 The real problem for me is that i don't feel energized at all after i sleep. Which is why I'm watching this video lol.
