ОтветитьI must have gotten c grade tendons because no matter what form I use as soon as I'm banging out 100 a day I start getting golfers elbow. That said my grip gets overused at work so maybe that has something to do with it. Tore my CFT in 2015 doing +30kg widegrips for reps.
