First job in IT advice

I’m 28 now and I started in winter 2019 at a small 5 person MSP as a helpdesk tech. I have worked at 3 other MSPs since then and now hold the title of Systems admin working for a MSP with over 300 engineers. I don’t have any certs or degrees, but I’m planning to start soon. It can take time but it all takes that first job.

I'm 40 have 2years experience as desktop support and sys admin. But little worried as I'm 40 🤔

I’m fifty got my google it pro and A+ working full time and my first tech job which has a ton of training on the A+ subjects I’m so excited also I’m going to get my cCNA and further in networking hope I have enough time I have great energy for my age and people
Think I’m lower fortys

Right now I’m starting off at service desk and I plan on getting network plus getting a good job in that field and then moving onto security hopefully by next year
