No kidding, we had our first full year as a business in 2024 and despite bringing in half a million in sales, we still look at our bank account and feel completely broke.

The SEGA stuff is cool, but its too expensive, I imagine that's why no one buys it. Especially most of their old consoles.

I don't know what the market would be in Arkansas, but the focus of the channel is always retail and merch - If I were magically at your store, I'll be honest, I probably wouldn't purchase anything (unless my kids were there).

I WOULD however, pay to play cool retro games for 30 mins or so, food, always a sucker for a cup of coffee, etc.

March was always good for my game store because of tax return season. People get those checks and spent them with us. Especially if they didn’t get to buy what they wanted during Christmas.

have you guys tried using Flip Report to speed up the pricing process. it just lets you upload a picture of a bunch of games and then it values them all so you don't have to do it one by one. saves me a bunch of time.
