This is their first song i ever heard! It was in a play i saw for a field trip and it got stuck in my head, so on the qay home from school aftwe the trip i sang it for my dad and he told me it was the Beatles and played their songs and got me hooked!

Does anybody else agree that while Paul McCartney is the most talented Beatle who was the best writer and wrote the largest quantity of A-tier songs... John Lennon has the most songs within their top 10 of all time. So while McCartney was the most proficient and effective, John was the most explosive and highest quality where it counted. 7 of my otp 10 Beatles songs were John Lennon written, but like 35 of my top 50 favorite Beatle songs were Paul McCartney written. Hard to explain. Paul is still my fav Beatle, but John sprinkled in the bangeriest of bangers and this song happens to be the objective best song of the Beatles.

This wonderful video is not filmed in Strawberry Fields, but I went to Liverpool last summer and visited Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane on a tour and also John's house and Paul's house and I'll tell you if you go to Liverpool and walk along the river mersey and see all these sites and places from the songs your appreciation of The Beatles will be even more intense.

In my opinion this song and video is a testament to the Super creativity that was and is the Beatles. Also while there have been super groups and musical artists none of them can touch the universal appeal of the Beatles and various genre - styles - messages within the songs - the Heart and peaceloving nature of the band ❤ is forever part of their legacy. Thank God we had them✌️😎
